Our house came with an intruder alarm which went off randomly, woke everybody up during power cuts and wasn't easy to use. 5 years ago, J-Tech provided a system which survives long power cuts, has high quality sensors and is easy to use with an app. We've had 0 false alarms in 5 years and haven't been woken during a power cut! Highly Recommended!

What a fantastic company! I would like to start off by saying how delighted I am with the customer service, installation process and quality of the CCTV unit, J-Tech Systems added to my property. Not only do I have peace of mind but, working with a trusted contractor such as J-Tech Systems, has left me feeling more than confident that my property is safe whilst unoccupied. James Winnister provided me with a quote within minutes. Once agreed, the invoice sent was, clear, itemised and easy to understand. Unlike some companies, J-Tech Systems stuck to the quote they provided me with, with no hidden surprises. Booking the installation was easy and it was refreshing to book this with a human rather than an online form or via a pre-automated phone line. On the day of installation, Kyle and James turned up on time, were dressed smartly (in uniform) and worked quickly, without making loads of noise. I was extremely impressed by this, as they were in the loft connecting wires, and back downstairs attaching the CCTV units. They cleaned up after themselves, were very sweet and polite. I inspected the outside of my property to see what the CCTV looked like, I could not believe my eyes, the wires were completely out of site. They did such a great job at maintaining the aesthetics of my property, which I was secretly dreading before they carried out the work. Once installed, James and Kyle set me up on the Android/IOS app and showed me how to use it. They stuck around so that I could practice on my own. The app was clear, simple and reliable. J Tech Systems installed a home security alarm and a smoke device which fills the house in seconds. The smoke leaves no residue and disperses within 45 mins. The alarm is zonal and can be controlled via an access panel in the house or by the app we have on our phone. The team installed everything with minimal fuss and spent time explaining how it all works. Now. I’m not great wit technology so forgot how to use the system several times (not that it’s complicated, I’m just that bad). They talked me through everything on the phone showing they had intimate knowledge how to access and reset things without even being there. I would highly recommend James and his team to anyone and everyone. They do not just work in the private sector but also commercially. Which is why I chose J Tech over other companies. If it’s good enough for the big boys. It’s good enough for me!
