Excellent service
Whenever I’ve used Dean’s services (the last time being Easter Sunday 2021) he has always been very prompt and professional. He can always diagnose and fix the issues I’ve had, whether they are electrical or gas related, mine was a problem with the electrical service head which had burnt out, and has sometimes gone above and beyond to ensure my problem is fixed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services.
Fast response. Clean. Quiet. Professional and does not over charge for unnecessary work. Plus he's just a really nice bloke. We have used Dean before and called him back for what we were sure was a fatal boiler breakdown. Contacted him on a bank holiday Monday and he was here the following afternoon. I wouldn't have question work in the hundreds or even a new boiler but it turned out to be a reasonble quick fix and way less than we thought. It means so much to someone on a tight budget to have an honest professional to call on. Cheers Dean.
Wanted to charge 3 times as much as we eventually paid for someone else to do the job. When I complained about the price said I must be 'poor'. When I refused to pay anything he stormed out with a part left dangling out. We did pay him £60 later. However, the part he was working on burned out a few days later but he would not refund the money.

I frequently use Dean for all electrical work on my rental property. Being professional and trustworthy allows me to leave him with keys and to get on with work. The quality of his work is excellent and communication superb. When you finally find a great tradesman like Dean, you stick with them!
