Installation of my boiler went very well next day plus 10 years warranty.

Previously on a landlord boiler service visit I showed the engineer some external piping and insulation which he claimed was NOT required to be corrected/repaired . This was seriously negligent advice . Also tightened my cleaner /filter too tight to make it impossible to open. Also refused to assist me on a small job on another rented property . Will not use this expensive and not very professional engineer again !

Just had an annual service on my boiler from MM heating. Organised admin team who booked me in promptly, polite engineer who explained the process. A thorough job compared to other companies I've used to service boiler. Going forward they will be my go to. Thank you MM group.

MM Heating provided great service to rectify multiple serious leaks on my heat exchanger within 3 hours of my call. Special shout out to Masood, the heating engineer who attended my flat and worked hard to get everything fixed, and Laura at their office who helped arranged for a visit.

We had a very good experience with this company - they spent a lot of time trying to sort out a broken boiler. In the end we had to have a new boiler but the cost of the new boiler and fitting was very reasonable and the work was carried out in a professional way. Admin staff in the office were also very helpful and quick to respond to messages.

I found the installation team to be really efficient, effective and diligent in the work undertaken. The installation was really clean, quick and no problems at all since it was completed.

MM Heating carried out a loft conversion and full house renovation including new bathroom and Kitchen. The works were carried out in 2018, I have been in court with them ever since for defective works. The final hearing occurred in March 22, and a County Court Judgement was made against them .They have not complied with the Judgement and I continue to chase them. They lie, steal and are dishonest. Be warned when it goes wrong you will be left high and dry and they will 'sell' the company or keep changing the names of the company directors. The real culprits are Milad Amiri and Mansoor Amiri. Steer Clear of them and the entire 'MM' facade. If I could give Zero stars I would.

MM Heating did a fantastic job replacing our 30+ year old boiler. The team in the office were very helpful and quick to respond and the engineers on the day truly went above and beyond. They were replacing our old piping as well as the boiler and the job proved more complex than initially thought. This didn't affect the price, they still got it done in a day – and, what's more, without us even asking they cleared three of our drains for us. We're very happy and very grateful - thank you!

I had a leak in my house due to the work of a very incompetent plumber that we had used last time! I was told that he had used the wrong connections and things weren’t tightened properly after we had some work done a few days ago. MM were extremely helpful in finding the leak and fixing it!

We used MM Heating recently for the plumbing that was needed in our new bathroom and the new kitchen. We also bought a new boiler and all the work that was carried out was fast and to good quality. I have had a wonderful experience with MM! Thanks so much guys!!!

Our student accommodation had an issue with the heating which left us freezing. After the landlord confirmed that they would cover the issue we decided to find a local heating company as our landlord takes ages to send their contractors over. MM was quick to send someone over to provide a quotation to our landlord directly which they were happy to proceed with. MM was kind enough to fit us into their schedule the same day and showed empathy towards our issue and understood our circumstances.

After using this company to install 4 boilers for me and my brother and sister I thought it was a good company until I encountered a problem the boiler for some reason wasn’t registered successfully at the time of installation, found my self with a two year boiler broken and the warranty wasn’t valid glowworm didn’t want to know so I tried the installer after two weeks of calling back and forward between the two ladies not helpful at all asked to speak to a manager they didn’t even tell me who’s the manager. Luckily glowworm sort it out in the end . Really disappointed with MMheating they should’ve done more .that’s when you know How professional is the company when there’s problems.

Two installers arrived on a Saturday morning and were here for 8 hours because not only did we need a new boiler but all the adjacent pipework required changing due to the regulation changes since our original boiler was installed many years ago. I cannot fault the workmanship or the sheer hard graft and the quality of the installation is very good indeed. They would not leave until all our radiators were hot just to be sure. They put up with a myriad of questions from myself and never once did they seem put out by my endless probing. Highly recommended.

Gas Safe plumber are polite and professional, they installed my new boiler properly and they modified my cupboard to adapt the new boiler! They clean it up after the the work done , also answer all my concern.

The most dishonest, corrupt, creepy experience I've ever had. Over 9 months with at least 5 visits. The "engineer" usually unmasked, laughing about things not working, not listening to me, not knowing how to fix problems. Should not be operating a business.

Alex did a conversion from my old immersion tank boiler to a new combi Vaillant over two days and it was a really excellent job, very happy with the on-demand hot water and fabulous new boiler - highly recommended!

Feb 2021Called and was asked to send photos of boiler and someone will get back to me. Called a couple of hours later and again was told someone will get back to me. The coldest time of the year. Not professional would not recommend poor communication.

We had the boiler fitted in on 16th Oct 2020. Alex was very polite and friendly and answered all the question we had. He was on time and very tidy. When my husband explained to Laura that we do not have the heating or the hot water for the past 3 days. she arranged every thing for the next day . I would strongly recommend this company . I f need to be used again will do so. Big thanks to Laura and Alex.

After making numerous calls to rip of merchants! I contacted this company and spoke to Laura about a job at my mothers for a boiler installation. She was professional, got an appointment the following day! The workmen were polite and when there was a problem with the timer, I contacted Laura and it was resolved and fitted the following day! An excellent company with great customer service, no over charging, and fixed fair prices, so much so we will be using them for a couple of jobs in the coming months. Thank you

Very happy with our boiler replacement.

Had a new boiler quote which was great value compared to others same boiler etc.. But was considerably cheaper than others. I was impressed with the engineer oleg just got on with it and had it done all within one day all others said 2 days work as it was being moved. 10 year warranty so hopefully will be fine with no problems.

As I was saying I was reluctant to go head with the purchase and install a new boiler, after I spoken to Laura in the office, all my questions were professionally answered I decided to go ahead with it. Oleg the engineer came on time did a great job. I 100% recommend this company.

What a great company. I literally cannot find a single fault to criticize. They arrived exactly on time, the engineer was polite and courteous, showed his credentials and I.D. then got to work. Protective sheets were placed feontghe door to the boiler and he quickly and efficiently remove the old boiler and set about installing the new one. I was so impressed with the quality of the install and service. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Experienced, reliable and helpful.

We had a boiler installed 2 years ago which was generally an ok experience, however I’ve decided to write a review due to the aftercare since. Downsides: - never left a log book with me post installation and claim I must have lost it and that it will turn up somewhere (it didn’t). - after the annual service they wouldn’t respond to multiple questions asking why there was an issue with the boiler’s pressure post their visit. It also caused loud knocking noises through the property which weren’t there before which I’ve had to spend extra money with a plumber to try and sort - they continually message you annually about the annual service - they aren’t interested in replying when there’s an issue, but happy to send lots of sales messages - when I emailed them saying the above, unsurprisingly they didn’t reply again Basically can they install a boiler? Yes. Do they have any customer service when you have an issue / query with the service? None. I wouldn’t recommend.

As per previous reviews there is a complete lack of disregard for new inquiries from these clowns, which one would assume is indicative of an utter lack of professionalism. Called 3 times in one day to simply have an online quotation ratified, and despite promises of a response none was forthcoming.

MM Heating installed combi boiler for us last year. With 10 years Gurrantee.

My boiler was broken down and I called MM Heating. They came the Next Day and replace with new one.very happy with replacement.

Update: they finally sent me a quote (claimed that they got my email wrong but it was only after they saw this comment) Original: I called them about repairing a boiler. An engineer came, received £60 in cash, to say yes the boiler needs repair and promised to send a quote for a malfunctioning part. I waited several days and hearing nothing from them I called. A receptionist (?) asked for my email and promised to send the quote but nothing happened. I called them a few days later. A guy over the phone tried to sell me a new boiler instead of repair. I insisted on the promised quote. He said they'll provide it. Again nothing happened for several days. For the third time called them, a man said he'll immediately gets in touch with the engineer and I haven't heard from them for more than a week now.

Absolutely bad experience! Rude customer service , can't install boilers properly as it took them over 2 days! Lots of hidden charges and no negotiation. Absolutely do not recommend stay away.

They did a good job installing the boiler except the outside pipe was installed incorrect they called out warranty company on my behalf who charged me £100 for the call out charge despite they were liable and responsible to rectify the matter as the warrant does not cover it they were responsible for the completion of install in which they rectified issues e despite false promises they would . the follow up service been poor - disorganised, Therefore not sure that company is to the highest safety regulations so beware

Rude customer service. You need to check yourself before coming out with attitude on the phone. Joke of a company, like talking to stroppy children, surprised they can keep a customer.

Quotations are way over their advertised prices, including hidden charges.

They made one appointment which they missed without notifying me. They then made another which they also missed without notifying me. When I called them later in the day they said their van broke down. Well you can't fault that for a good excuse.
