I can’t recommend this company highly enough. From start to finish, everything was incredibly well organised and coordinated. They managed the entire process of installing my solar panels and new air source heat pump, making what I expected to be a very stressful project feel straightforward and easy to manage. The planning and communication throughout were excellent, and every stage was handled professionally and efficiently. It was clear that everyone involved worked together seamlessly, which gave me complete confidence from beginning to end. I’m absolutely delighted with the service I received and would highly recommend them to anyone considering renewable energy upgrades to their home.

Warm Pro were really good in getting our new windows installed, just how we wanted them. Paul , Jit and their team were helpful every step of the way making sure we were kept up to date with inspection times and who and when the installation team were arriving. The finished job is excellent quality and installed swiftly with minimal mess. We were thoroughly pleased 👍

From start to finish everything was excellent. Can't praise the workforce that done the installation of the insulation enough (Tibi and team).They worked so hard. Very tidy workers. I have been very impressed with all the energy upgrades to my home in recent weeks. The contractors have all been extremely sensitive and meticulous in their approach in keeping disruption to a minimum. The result is that I now have a modern, state of the art, low carbon heating provision - which is extremely user friendly. The battery storage in addition ensures that I am able to maintain low energy bills long into the future. I look forward to seeing the low carbon advantages, and "green" cost savings going forward. It has been an arduous and disruptive process, but the positive results seem well worth it. Thank you to every professional involved in this scheme for their support and hard work; it is highly appreciated! I recommend listening to Evan Davis's Heat Pump Challenge on BBC Sounds. The aftercare has been excellent and the systems function very well. I would recommend this scheme, if your house and circumstances are right - but know that it takes a long time , with many pre-surveys. If you are prepared to be patient with all the initial admin and research; know that there will be disruption - the long term savings and environmental benefits will be significant, no doubt. I'm very impressed now with the air-source heat pump and modern radiators to heat my home. They do the job very well! Warm Pro Group (as a company) do a very good job in coordinating all the different contractors. Beware of rogue traders, however, when starting out on this process. Good luck to anyone embarking on a similar half-year journey.

A very well co-ordinated project carried out to a tight timescale. I was kept in touch with what was to take place at every juncture. The workmen employed were all highly efficient and amenable. They went out of their way to ensure that the project was completed on time, overcoming numerous unforeseen complications and performing over and above what was expected. Our home is much warmer than before and our energy bills have reduced significantly.

This company should receive ten stars, both office and workforce have done a fantastic job, professional,helpful, and very obliging. I shall definitely be recommending to my friends and neighbours.

WarmPro were very professional from the first initial conversation right through to install. The council were surprisingly quick in processing my application and it took less than two months from application to completion of solar, insulation and ventilation. There were various workers who came out to survey, electricians and install team, who were all polite and friendly, explaining to me all the relevant information with their expertise. Would highly recommend!

What a delightful experience it has been working with Warm Pro, from start to finish. We have recently had a solar panel and new heating system installed- totally new technology for us - and Paul and Jit were very helpful and patient answering all our questions. The management of the process from numerous surveys, different options offered, timely visits and phone calls and emails was exceptional. In this day and age, knowing we could easily contact and speak to someone who knew our case inside out was a huge relief. We were kept informed of every stage of the process, dates booked in quickly for the installation and the contractors used were excellent and a considerate and showed us how to use our new kit. Documentation arrived swiftly on completion of the works. We are now warm and cosy and very grateful for such a good experience with Warm Pro and have already recommended them to a friend. Once Warmpro had been appointed to install the solar panels, the project moved forward quickly. The project management was excellent, the surveyors polite and helpful and the installation team worked hard and were helpful and polite. Cleaning up well on completion of the installation. From the beginning all the way to the after-care WarmPro was really great. The process was flawless and the contractors did a great job. Insulation of the solar panes was super quick without any disruption to our day. The flat roof insulation was done while we were on holiday and it was all completed by the time we came back. The organisation and planning process was super quick. And when we came across a snag, once I made a call to the office, not only they answered the call out of the usual hours but we had someone to come round the very next day and the issue was resolved there and then. The team members were courteous and polite, worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of retrofitting their homes.

Excellent service, great workmanship. They move very quickly, once given approval from the council for the measures. I had loft insulation, solar panels and ASHP installed within a couple of weeks, with minimal distributions.

Very pleased with the service provided by Warmpro, as well as the final product. There was good communication throughout the process. Had underfloor and external wall insulation fitted to my parkhome. What a difference! Not only does it look great, but my home is much warmer and I am using less gas for heating. Great job Warmpro!

The whole team was so professional, and we are so pleased with all aspects of the work that Warmpro carried out on, not the most straightforward of properties. We would really recommend this company. They were alway polite. They also always told the exact days they were coming at what time and the name of the person. They always came on time. The people that carried out the work were very professional and again polite. They workmanship was very professional. They all did an amazing job. Very pleased with their work.

Super easy experience, Kept up to date with phone calls

This company won a contract in Suffolk and I let my cottage to supposedly 2 of their workers for 3 weeks. They moved in beds, mattresses to accommodate additional workers. I’d estimate 5 or 6.They stubbed cigarettes out on my carpets, booze down my walls and I can honestly say I’ve never seen squalor quite like it. I sent them a video of the mess and they agreed to pay for the deep clean. Of course, they haven’t paid and I don’t expect them to. Reputable companies don’t behave in this way. I would avoid at all costs.

Warmpro supplied and fitted our loft insulation to our bungalow and we also had extractor fans and trickle vents fitted. The two men who completed the work were very polite, tidy and extremely hard working and are a credit to the company. Communication with Warmpro has been excellent and they have regularly called to check that we are satisfied with the standard of work and that it is running smoothly. I have had cavity wall and loft insulation installed by Warmpro before Christmas, in my 2 bed/bungalow. I am extremely pleased with the finished works. Even when my heating boiler went "on strike" couple weeks ago...the house remained warm. All workforce worked extremely well, and I was kept informed throughout the whole process, of dates/timings etc by Paul. Would highly recommend this firm.

These guys did a really good job with my external wall insulation. They even worked around other builders and made sure things were done they way I wanted. Also very friendly workers in all areas of the business!

I am very happy with the exterior insulation fitted by Warmpro. The workforce were hard working, friendly and polite. A few small problems arose, due mainly to adverse weather conditions. These problem were overcome and corrected in a timely and efficient manner. The site was left clean and tidy and my flower borders put back in order. The communication with the technical department was good and solutions to the normal issues, that come up , in projects such as mine were quickly resolved. I'm a happy customer
