Zero customer services, wouldn't even tell me who I was speaking to in case I called back. Very bad experience talking to this company.
DO NOT USE this accountants have no customer service skills. when using this accountants to do my tax return they reciveved my money and held on to this for a period of time not informing me untill i took it upon my self to contact the tax office.
