I was looking for a company to do a complicated small bathroom refurb. The two biggest things on my list were that the work was high end and the company were extremely professional. I have no regrets in hiring Elevations. Alexander and his team took the time to really understand what we required, before starting the work. They offered consultative advice whenever we needed it, but always acknowledged our opinions or choices. Everyone from Elevations that visited us to do work, was respectful of the property and very considerate to us. This took so much of the stress and strain of a big project away. We always felt like we were in good hands and that Alexander wouldn’t sign off on the work until we were completely happy. A few months on and we’re very happy with what the team have done to our bathroom. They’ve done an amazing job and all the workmanship is very high quality. We’ll definitely contact Elevations again, for any more work we need doing.

We engaged Elevations to repair and replace a basement external wall that had been damaged by tree roots. The repairs were in a very tight space next to the public road and it was unclear what the condition would be behind the wall. Alexander was excellent at guiding and advising us through the process and helping us to think through the choices available. His on site team were excellent, friendly, punctual and responsive and they kept the area spotlessly clean. They went above and beyond and were always on hand whenever we needed them. Elevations performed amazing works on our very complicated one year project to add an extra floor on top of a Kensigton artist studio, having to work with a lot of space, structural and time contraints. They also had numerous very valuable ideas thinking outside the box, I would not have thought of, and they all together achieved a great result!

I've worked with the Elevations team on a refurbishment project for over 7-8 months and honestly not one dispute! The images talk for themselves but not only are they extremely professional and polite they are also excellent when it comes to the harder technical parts. Two years since the initial works and no issues so far! An absolute joy to work with that I cannot recommend enough.

Lots of these reviews are from employees not customers. They are unprofessional and soooo much hassle. Everything is an argument or a negotiation and there is a decent chance you'll end up in court. AVOID Quality is mediocre.
