Stewart responded to my initial query quickly. Comms was good. The price for the job was very reasonable. He was punctual and polite. Stewart and his colleague did the work with no fuss or any issues. I am very happy with the work. I would consider using SGK Electrical again and would recommend them.

Stewart and his colleague were beyond amazing. I called them due to an electrical issue with our washing machine which tripped the power in part of the house. They went above and beyond and even fixed a plug socket that my husband was meaning to fix for ages!! They checked everything over thoroughly, identified the source of the issue and fixed it all very quickly. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Very reasonable rates, super friendly and professional. Will always be using their service going forward if we need an electrician.

We had Stewart and his apprentice carry out the electrical work on our recent renovation. It involved wiring of new heat pump and under floor system , fire alarms, lighting, sockets, fans and many other components. Highly recommend using his services ! Stewart at SGK Electrical carried out the installation of some security cameras at my property. Before the work he gave advice on the best place to position the cameras as well as possible installation scenarios, which could make the job take longer - having this knowledge upfront really helped planning the best day of the work being completed. He also quoted it in a detailed and understandable way, including a guarantee. On the day Stewart arrived on time, was very tidy throughout and communicated constantly to ensure we understood what it was being done and that we were happy with the installation. The work was completed quickly and to a high standard and we are really happy with the end result. I found he priced the job very competitively and was pleased paying what I was quoted for. Stewart and Will have been amazing! They have done the wiring and electrics in our ground floor orangery extension over the last couple of months. Stewart conducted an electrical survey and replaced the consumer unit at my property. Both Stewart and his apprentice were very polite, friendly and efficient. Stewart took the time to make sure I understood the results fully, was patient with my questions, and I wouldn't hesitate to have him back from future work.

I contacted Stewart and asked for a electrical inspection on a property I was about sell. He responded rapidly and we arranged a date for him to visit the property. Unfortunately he established that I needed a visit from Network Power UK to correct a fault on the main supply coming into the property. He gave me their contact details.After their visit to the property and making good a fault Stewart went back to the property were he was able to issue me with a Energy Performance Certificate. I found Stewart to be very professional and would highly recommend him.

Stewart recently completed a full rewiring of our house. The quote was competitive and he was honest, fair and professional throughout. It’s clear Stewart knows exactly what he is talking about, particularly where it concerns house renovating, and I found his advice extremely helpful when deciding exactly what needed to go where (sockets, etc). I’d heartily recommend him and he will be my first contact if I need any further electrical work done (this and future properties).

He has helped me with various issues including replacing a consumer unit, installing a speaker in my bathroom, and replacing spot lights. He is proactive and also very tidy and considerate. Stewart carried out a full rewire of our property. He and his partner were incredibly helpful throughout, and clearly had our best interests at heart for the duration of the project. They completed the work to an extremely high-standard and were constantly conscious not to disrupt the building or our belongings in the process. In the end, they got the job done a week earlier than originally planned, and costs were as agreed. The new system is user-friendly, and works perfectly.

Stewart replaced our bathroom extractor fan which had stopped working. He did a great job installing the new fan along with securing the draft plate on the outside of the property. He was professional, polite and was happy to explain the work he was doing. I mistakenly ordered a 240v fan instead of a 12v fan which meant Stewart had to attend the property twice which he did this at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend SGK Electrical!

Stewart completed the job very professionally, in good time and under budget. We're really happy with the new lights and we appreciated Stewart working around us while we were continuing to work from home, which we understand is not easy. He provided the certificate very promptly and even went out of his way to investigate and fix an additional unquoted problem free of charge. We needed our cooker hood/extractor fan and bathroom cabinet replacing which Stuart did efficiently and quickly. We came across some issues with replacing the cooker hood, but he was happy to come back to sort it out and helped with some little bits and bobs too.
