I dealt with Ian and then Chris. Both were extremely helpful and explained clearly how to solve the issue that I had. Their timekeeping was spot on and kept me informed at every stage. They left the property spotlessly clean as well! I would highly recommend this company.

GPM London are excellent! Nick and the team came to my rescue when I was abandoned by a different local security alarm company who could not be bothered to follow through with their work. GPM London were quick and efficient with their responses to my request for help. They were also excellent with their time keeping and execution of the job. Going through the system after completion of installation was clear and easy to understand. I'm so pleased I found GPM London who are excellent and efficient in the work they carry out. I wish I had found GPM London in the first place and not had to deal with the stress of the other company who could not be bothered to communicate or finish their job. I will continue to support local businesses who take pride in their work in helping the local community.

I had a fantastic experience with GPM London. Holly in the office was super friendly and had Chris at my property within 3 hours. He fixed a leaking tap, slow-draining sink, and faulty toilet flush - all quickly and professionally. Chris was really friendly and clearly knew his stuff. I’ll definitely be using GPM again for my upcoming Gas Safety check and any future issues. Highly recommend!

Poor service jobs left half done , causing health and safety issues FIRE BRIGADE INSPECTION CONFIRMED THEY CANNOT ACCESS BUILDING IN CASE OF FIRE , no emergency box added so would need to break electric gates putting tenants lives in danger

This company is excellent. They do as they say. I have a service contract with them for my burglar alarm. Any problems are sorted quickly. I called today & Nick was here within the hour. BRILLIANT SERVICE!

The battery in our alarm died at 3am one morning last week, with no way of turning it off. I called Nick and he was at our house within the hour. Unbelievable service and done me a huge favour with the neighbours, who hopefully got some sleep after... Been a customer since we moved into the home about 10 years ago. Thoroughly recommend.

I had a rather concerning issue one evening when my the grill on my electric cooker wouldn't turn off. Nick came out at short notice and sorted the issue meaning that I could rest easily knowing that my house wasn't going to catch fire!

Very poor service. The administration works, appointments can be arranged. However, the craftsmen who are sent on site are absolutely incapable of doing their job. We have outstanding electrical work that needs to be done and has been pending for almost one year. Every time the craftsmen come round again, they have the wrong material with them. It's absolutely ridiculous. I will never book a service with this company again. But they know how to invoice. Really bad. How a company like this can survive is a mystery to me. I highly reccommend NOT TO BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

GPM replaced the intercom handset in my property with a new one. The office staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me. The engineer came out twice, first to diagnose the issue and then to do the replacement. Each time he kept me informed when he was on his way and was very professional when doing the work. I couldn't have asked for better service and would recommend them 100%.

Harry is wiring a new build for me in Steeple Claydon. Can't recommend him enough. Hard working, pleasure to have on site and great job.
