Coutts Electrical Contractors Ltd

I have just had a Solar system installed by Coutts and the experience from start to finish has been first class. The support in designing a system to meet my requirements was excellent, the team that carried out the installation where first rate and the commissioning and explanation as to how I work with the new system was great. I would thoroughly recommend Max and his his team to provide a great service from start to finish, big thanks.

I had a bank holiday DIY emergency and needed someone to come out and make it safe and get our power back on. Coutts answered and Max was round within a couple of hours. Really easy communication, no hassle and easy to deal with, will definitely be using them for future jobs.

Very happy with electrical work undertaken by Max of Coutts Electrical, and his team. They installed an electric radiator and new light in the kitchen. They offered advice and were professional and tidy. Would highly recommend.

Max responded very quickly to my request to review an electrical fault and efficiently dealt with the issue. I’m delighted that I’ve found Max and will definitely be calling upon him for any future electrical work.

Max and his team installed my original solar panels a few years ago and have been back more recently to install the electrics for a heat pump and increase the number of panels. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat for any job you might have

Max and his team did a great job fitting anti-bird blockers around my solar panels, and removing the pigeon dirt and grime from the roof and gutters - not the pleasantest of jobs! Very efficient and prompt.

Max was very friendly, responsive and helpful in advising us when we needed some solar panels installed by the previous owner temporarily removed to allow for a new roof and an internal light switch fixed. Max and his team were excellent in removing the panels, cleaning them and reinstalling them with some new brackets as we changed the type of roof tile. Rearranging the time to reinstall them due to delays to the roofing caused by bad weather was not a problem. Would definitely use them again. Thanks

A fast, efficient, effective, reliable and highly professional company, most recommended.

Having Max, Alex and Paul install our new solar panels has been a joy. Really pleased with the system recommended and the workmanship has been first class dealing with an unusual slate roof.

I wanted a rather specialised solar system for which I'd tried to get other companies to quote for in the past. Max and his team came to do a site survey and after a few emails back and forth to iron out the details, they delivered me exactly what I wanted. Everything happened exactly when they said it would and the system was commissioned on-time and on-budget. The site was left spotless. I have nothing but praise for Coutts Electrical Contractors.

Max is a legend! Super professional and conscientious from start to finish. Answered all my questions in full. Customised the install to meet my needs. Wasn't at all salesy or pushy like many other solar installers.

We had a Tesla wall charger installed at our home by Coutts Electrical. Max and Alex were professional and efficient from initial contact through to the final installation. An absolute pleasure to deal with and would happily recommend them.

Quite simply the best customer service I've experienced ever. Max and his team fitted our solar panels just over a year ago, and they were great throughout the process. But what really stood them apart was when we recently had an issue with a small leak around one of the panels. I emailed Max on a Sunday night, and by 0830 Monday morning scaffolding was up, the panels removed, the issue isolated and fixed, and the internal damage repaired. How a company responds when an issue arises tells you a lot, and they were absolutely first rate. Thank you Max and team 🙏🙌☀️

Max and the team are true professionals and are highly recommended. I enquired about solar panels. Max replied within the hour and came round the next day. Communication has been excellent and the installation was efficient and well managed. I am very impressed with the outcome.

Installation of 10 solar panels, a MyEnergi battery and car charger. Max and the team were well organised, excellent communicators and methodical with their work.. the work was completed on time and everything was tidy when they left. No great demand for cups of tea, but nevertheless grateful when they received them :).

The whole process was made smooth and prompt and super tidy from start to finish. Nothing was to much hassle and they made me a family feel at ease throughout.

We were looking for a local installer with great reviews having been seriously messed about for nearly a year by GET. From first contact with Max, to installed system was around 6 weeks and process was really smooth and efficient. We are really happy with the quality of the work by Max and his team. We would definitely recommend, Max and his team if you are looking for painless design, specification and install of Solar.

Fantastic experience end to end. Max from Coutts designed, engineered and installed a Solar PV system with Battery for me at the house. Everything was done on time as planned, system performs really well, right size for the property, great documentation, real-time data, all very tidy and professional. I don't often write reviews, but I'd definitely recommend Coutts if you want a quality solar install.

They completed the tasks on time, dealing with unexpected issues as they arose. Max and the team were friendly, polite, punctual and helpful. Everything was left neat and tidy. As we were unable to use our home until the work was completed we were also grateful that everything was done so quickly
