I would like to make a formal complaint. On the 25th of July I came to the company for a collection. My collection was for 3 am. in the morning, but because I arrived earlier, one of the gyus said that it's not a problem if he loaded me even earlier. So I moved my van to be loaded, and one of the staff ( i am not sure if he was a supervisor or a manager)came to me and started to behave really badly. He was rude and asked me to move the van, but that made non-sense because if I moved opposite, it would be completely impossible to be loaded because of the curting side of the van. So he started to be more aggressive, and after when they loaded me, he said that I won't leave until 3 am. even if i was ready to go. On my question, why if they did it already, his behavior changed completely. So I asked him for his name but he refused to give it to me. What I found out is that he was from Poland because of his accent. This was absolutely unacceptable behavior from his side. And I would like to complain. That was an unnecessary stressful time for all of us and also for the rest of the people who were waiting to be loaded, and I had to wait for no reason. I want to make sure that you would take some action. Because after a conversation with my manager from the company where I am working for ,he said that this is not the first time when he also experience this with the same person.

Commercial fit out company working fir all the big players fitting out office, retail and commercial properties and upgrading existing.

Not sure about quality of work , but if they work how they drive I wouldn't employ this company Outrageous use of the road , undertaking, and aggressive driving, disgusting behavior

Professional, responsive, with a clean, modern manufacturing plant and nationwide warehouses.

Haven't personally used this company but live above a building currently being worked on, the transformation is remarkable. They're outside working hard while it's snowing, and one guy was gracious enough to wave to my very nosy toddler through the window. They don't mess around, they're always polite and predictable in routine. Would recommend them.

If this company’s driving is a reflection of their work, don’t book them or spend your hard earned money with this company. Drivers like to use the bus lanes on the a406 when it’s bus lane all the time (so enjoy your fine!) and when they get stuck behind the bin men, think they can intimidate drivers and nearly hit other cars. Chaos with deliveries. They missed few of them and it was always problem to find anyone on phone who would be happy to resolve the issue.

Phone this company a short while and the phone was answered by the perhaps the rudest individual I have ever spoken to, I am surprised she could answer the phone due to being so high on her horse, rude is not the word.
