We’ve used Blue Lantern on two occasions now and each time the service has been excellent. Today Danny did a tremendous job removing our old radiators, making safe, and moving sockets. He was on time, hard working and delivered to a high standard. Could not recommend them more.

Shareef responded quickly to my phone call and came to our flat within an hour. He resolved our issue quickly and efficiently, and explained the source of the problem. He checked everything before he left and charged a very reasonable rate for the work. We were very impressed and would definitely contact Shareef again if we needed any electrical work done in our flat.

Shareef and his team helped me re-do the circuits, install and change the sockets & light switches, and install the appliances in my new flat. Anthony, Danny, Ed and Jason are all great at what they do, professional and courteous. The guys were so helpful they even let me borrow some tools to fix some other things I had on my to-do list. Part of the works were done after the flat was renovated and they were considerate enough to wear single-use slippers on top of the shoes to keep the floors clean. When an installation error was made, as it happens sometimes, Shareef took ownership and immediate steps to rectify it. For an industry where the bar is low, they set a new standard (how many tradesmen will send you a calendar invite for your booking?). It's been a pleasure working with Blue Lantern, very pleased with the service and happily recommended them to my friends.

Recently had an EV charger and some outdoor lighting installed by Blue Lantern. Initial install was completed however due in part to some poor documentation from the manufacturer, they had to come back to correct the install. The owner himself made sure to come back and sort everything out. All staff were exceptionally professional and courteous on both occasions, and communication was always fast and professional. I prefer to measure how good a company is when things go wrong and these guys made sure to sort things out. Based on my recent experience I would not hesitate to recommend them or use their services again.
