The hot water heater wasn’t working. I was recommended RAD solutions by word of mouth. The technician Anda came, arrived on time, and identified the problem . He then returned to fix it with the relevant parts, and the job was completed quickly and efficiently on Christmas Eve.

I cannot rate this company enough. Always professional and always on time. Cannot fault anything they do from fitting a simple kitchen fan to full refurbishments their work is impeccable. Nice guys as well and they always clean and tidy after themselves taking away all rubbish. Great service.

Always an excellent experience with RAD! I have been using their services for years. Mahmood is super organised, friendly with good communication. And all the guys are very good, thorough, detailed and pleasant to have around in the house. They are used to working in houses that people live in (as opposed to empty building sites). They are knowledgeable and take pride in their work. They've just installed new garden decking and a kitchen worktop which look gorgeous! They have also built bathrooms for me, fixed the boiler/heating, replaced taps and many more jobs. Highly recommend them!

I came in from my garden to discover a strange man who I have never seen before and did not know was coming and trying to enter my house with a key he had been given. I was alone, and not dressed properly. It was terrifying, and I had other dependents who were at risk from such a thing. He was not apologetic when I explained to him I did not know he was coming which is my complaint (I hadn't seen the email from the property management agency). My complaint is that they do not seem to treat others as human beings. The only thing he said was, 'I knocked three times' as if that was an excuse! Is it absolutely impossible for you to recognise that no one on the planet would NOT become angry about that if it happened to you in your house?

I have used RAD property solutions for carrying out repairs to the bathroom in my flat due to a leak. It was a complex job as the shower tray had to be replaced and underfloor repaired with wall tiles and glass partition meaning access was difficult. They were extremely prompt and professional in finding a practical solution and completing the job.

As landlords with a small portfolio we have used RAD for a few years for a variety of electrical & plumbing jobs. They have consistently outperformed British Gas (totally useless) & Pimlico Plumbers (expensive). Pleasant to deal with, efficient and responsive - highly recommended.

Whatever you do, do NOT use RAD Property Solutions - their workmen stole my £1.5k road bike and their boss Mahmood is aggressive and rude. Two employees turned up for a simple 'touch-up' paint job. Initially the two workmen said it was a 1 hour job but as it took longer my wife and I had to leave them in the flat to go to an appointment. When finished all they had to do was let themselves out of the property shutting the door behind them. Upon returning to the property 1.5 hours later the workmen had left and I realised straight away that my expensive road bicycle from the landing was gone. I immediately rang the workman who wan very shifty and when I asked where the bike was said he needed to speak to his boss. I then rang the boss Mahmood who when I told him what had happened was unbelievably aggressive and swore at me down the phone. The bike was 100% taken when only the two RAD workers had access to the flat. This matter is now with the police.

Not a good service the after cear is terrible I would not use them. Stay away. Many issue with the work done for me and spent alot of money but they dont come back to sort the issue out.
