Outstanding workmanship from Andrei and his team who have just fitted a new hot water cylinder. He was so responsive and fast and punctual and the work was top notch. Also so very pleasant to deal with. So polite and professional and explained so clearly what he was doing as the job went along regularly updating and answering all questions I had. So very reasonably and fairly priced with no pressure to add on anything that wasn’t not necessary. It was a joy to do business with him and I would highly highly recommend this gentleman and his team to family and friends.

Not the best service sadly - although he came out on Saturday evening - he wasn't able to fix the issue and said it was super complex. I called him the next day as further issues had occurred only to be met by an abrupt response that he didn't work Sundays - which was odd given the 24/7 - 365 days company promotion. I was able to get another recommended electrician who identified and fixed the issue within 2 hours - not so complex after all. Maybe an off day!

Andrei was very knowledgeable about our boiler (Electromax), which we struggled to find reliable advice for elsewhere. He told us exactly what the issues are and what our options are. We ended replacing the boiler and he did everything to a very high standard and within the agreed timeframe. He was very transparent through the whole process and now we have working hot water and central heating. Would recommend.
