This company rescued my kitchen. The landlord of my social housing property installed a new kitchen last May. It was a horror - a true night mare. So, my landlords got Steve of Libra to send in some of his men to rip out the old (but new) kitchen and fit a brand new kitchen starting from scratch. Val - the fitter was wonderful. He listened to my requests, answered all my questions and told me at the start of each day what they planned to do. They arrived at 8am every day which meant leaving theirs at 5.30am and they worked through the day just taking very short breaks then leaving around 5pm. The end result is amazing. I will actually miss having then around. Incidentally two cupboard doors weren’t in stock. They are being installed the week.

My flat had suffered from subsidence caused by mature trees in an adjacent garden. Severe cracks in the brickwork was evident in several areas. Libra were nominated by the insurance company to take in the substantial renovation works and I have to say that the service from this company has been excellent. The team - headed by Artur - were extremely capable and very good to have around. My thanks to Constantine, Phil and all associated with the renovation. I will certainly engage them for other projects.

The company carried out work on a drsinage problem that we had outside our property for our Housing Assosiation. The work was of a very high standard and the operatives that worked on the project was excellent. They were very polite and kept us informed of the all the works being carried out. They also left the works safe overnight and spotless when the work was completed.

I'm grateful to Libra decorators for doing a good job in my flat after some serious water ingress. Needed a little bit of QA on my part but they put it all right, and I'm very happy with the final job.

I recently had work done by this company and am pleased to say that not only was the work carried out to an excellent standard, but the the workmen that did the work were on time, efficient and friendly.

Libra recently carried out a major job on our house, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They did an incredible job rectifying an issue caused by the developer and left our home in better condition than it was before. Their attention to detail extended beyond the flooring, as they decorated and put everything back together immaculately. All the staff were fantastic, professional, friendly, and went above and beyond throughout the entire process. We couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Recently had a wet room fitted, the staff were very friendly and helpful particularly as my daughter, the tenant, has learning difficulties, and the whole project went very smoothly We were a little anxious about leaving the property initially but these fears were unfounded and Laura now has a wonderful wet room which she is so happy about

I had a new drive and door widening. The workmen that came round were great, but Lee and Chico was exceptional. There work was exceptionally good they Was highly professional and genuinely good guys. Polite respectful a joy to have around. Its really hard to find good workmen let alone great and these men were. I'm so grateful for the work they have done they didn't stop either they was working hard non stop. Couldn't praise these guys enough!!!

This is the worst experience ever, avoid this company and go elsewhere, this is the finish of the real work they do, avoid Charlie and max doing any work for you, they are shambolic clowns, I will be reporting this company to the ombudsman and national builder's federation they put grout down my sink, blocked the pipes sent someone who put acid down there which didn't work, then said the job is finished, you can see from the pictures the level of finish to expect.

Very friendly and professional from the start, every thing was explained thoroughly and I cannot fault the standard of work carried out. I didn't have to worry about mess as it was all cleared up when the works were finished. I now have a kitchen to be proud of. Would highly recommend.

We are delighted with the works that have been carried out by Libra Construction. The builders were friendly and very clean and tidy. The standard of work was of great quality and within budget. Very pleased homeowner!

Rude and belligerent with no concept of customer service.

please avoid at all cost. very onprofessional. staff member hang phone on me. Manager abused me on the phone screaming at me when i just wanted.to complain to him without hearing what i had to say and hang up on me to. just save ur self the time and please dont deal with this company. you will thank me later

If they build the way they drive a van, I wouldn't go near the place.
