Mike at Custom Heating and Plumbing was a recommendation by a neighbour. I had problems with my two year old unvented heating system making a terrible noise and with back convection. Three plumbers from the firm who installed the system were unable to diagnose or fix the problem. After my initial contact, Mike quickly phoned back. He was inquisitive and interested and attended not long afterwards to have a look. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and arrangements were made to attend on a later date to fix the problem. He maintained contact prior to attending and when he did come, he sorted the problem out, which involved reconfiguring some pipework. He explained throughout what he was doing and when finished, he followed up with a phone call a few days later to ensure everything was working ok. Mike was polite, neat and tidy, has a really good level of knowledge and skill and phones back and turns up when he says he will. Highly recommended! and I don't say that much these days.
Luke came to replace a faulty valve on the hot water circuit. He was out to us quickly and was efficient on the day and did a great job for us.
