Excellent.. I phoned Altin ..he answered.. and I explained that the issue was our radiator rail was not heating up .. He immediately told me the most probable explanation… Altin then agreed a price and a day and time .. He was flexible and helpful to accommodate as best possible. On the day he had the replacement part with him and then carefully replaced and checked that it all worked. He’s got a good sense of humour and is honestly one of the nicest people I’ve had ever to fix anything.. No messing around no airs and graces just professional and with a good dose of Common Sense .. Altin has changed lights to LED and repaired a broken socket, he did the job very well and was also very tidy. We'll use his services again.
