This company works for estate agents and charges £££ hundreds just to change a light bulb AVOID

Avoid. Ripoff merchants. We used tower electrical ltd as they were local to us but regret giving these people our money. They added extras to the invoice and deliberately worked at snails pace to add an extra hours fee by going over the initial hour by 5 minutes. Save yourself the stress and use another company. There are plenty of honest electricians out there. Sadly tower electrical isn't one of them.

I have been using Tower Electrical for years at my company. They are responsive, honest, cost effective and a pleasure to dealt with. They will also go the extra mile when you ask them to which is always appreciated. Keep up the good work Sam and Team.

The electricians who came on site were both good and professional but the office appears to be in shambles. I waited over two weeks (over the Christmas period) to receive my EICR certificate from them. They knew that the certificate was required urgently which is why I paid for them to come on Christmas eve and did not have the opportunity to shop around for an alternative quote. They were the most expensive company I found to do the EICR but the only one available.

Avoid them! A complete rip off! I asked them to do some work for me back in June and still dealing with their outrageous invoice and my bank. They were asked to put two ceiling lamps and run the cables inside ceiling and wall. Initially quoted me 150 per fitting and then said it would be an hourly rate. After 8 hours of work, I got home to see that one of the cables had been left out and hidden with a plastic cover. I immediately told them about it, they said they would come back and fix it, and for a week we went back and forth mostly me chasing them asking for an invoice for the job and for someone to come back. When I got the invoice for 836 pounds I called my bank and realized that during that week they had taken 4 or 5 payments amounting to the full invoice, when A) they had not provided the service they had been asked for B) they only had a pre-approval of 200 pounds on my credit card C) without ever presenting an invoice and D) being aware there was a problem and not doing anything to resolve it. I had to incur in extra costs to finish the job properly and I still dealing with this nightmare. DO NOT USE THEM!

Needed an urgent electrical job done. Tower Electrical Engineer turned up on time and did a great job! Marie

Emergency Sunday Call Out when RCD tripped Sam sent one of his engineers within 1.5hrs. They made the RCD safe and spent extra time isolating the proximate cause of the outage. Although it took 3 hours, they found the fault, fixed it and made good on their work. Great service, polite & efficient. Recommended.

Needed someone to carry out Remedial works at my restaurant. Contacted several companies and individuals and it seems like no one wants to earn money nowadays. Everyone i called they keep promising to call back or make appointments and dont show up. Glad I met Sam as everything was carried out smoothly and certicificate was issued instantly too. Thank you

The job was done and the work was good, but the pricing was confusing and the service was too expensive. I did not expect to pay full call out rates again when the workmen returned with the replacement part.

A full report wasn't carried out with the estate agent as they didn't organise the timings. Poor customer service. They took my money and refused to carry out the full report as paid for. Terrible.

Our upstairs neighbour left the bath running and flooded our kitchen. We lost all power and lighting in the flat. Tower arrived promptly, disconnected the damaged circuits and gave us temporary power for a week until all water dried up. They then returned to require the damaged circuits and left everything working. A pleasure to work with!! Very tidy and considerate too :) Julian and Emma

I had a problem with my fire alarm. Called Tower Electrical. Service was fast, polite and professional. Very pleased.

Moved fusebox. Tower electrical quoted and delivered the work promptly, Sam did a great job and we felt confident in his knowledge and expertise. The job was completed, certified and signed off in good time to a good budget - we'd definitely use Tower again for future projects
