Pulse Electrical were very easy to work with. They were responsive and gave really clear communication. They were professional and reliable. They solved all of my electrical problems in one visit, due to having planned in advance, and left the house tidy. I would recommend them.

My review from 11 months ago (see below) still holds true. Pulse continue to provide a friendly, professional service. Nothing is too much trouble and they always go the extra mile. I am particularly grateful to Chris who gave me some extremely useful advice, explaining things clearly. He then sourced the product for me and arranged for its installation. I would also like to thank Henry (very personable) who arrived promptly and cracked on with the work. First review: Everyone that I have encountered at Pulse goes out of their way to ensure great service. I first used Pulse a couple of years ago and was so pleased with their work. Very professional, friendly and helpful. I felt they went above and beyond to achieve what I asked of them. They gave great advice and were very reasonably priced. Two years on I contacted them with a query and got an instant response which solved my problem. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough; they can be trusted and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service! I have used them a few times and they never fail. Always on time, reasonably priced, reliable and they get the job done! They’ll even help you on the weekends if you have an electrical issue over the phone without scheduling a visit! Would recommend 10/10 ⭐️

I had a big electrical emergency and didn’t know what to do so contacted Pulse who from the off were very welcoming and helpful. Chris came round and was an absolute hero!!! Very personable and knew exactly what he was doing and I could not have asked for a more professional and nice guy. I used Pulse Electrical as it had been recommended by a neighbour. One of the owners came to my place and he (Chris) came across as an honest broker and I felt very comfortable that he knew what he was doing plus was very professional on his approach to how he wanted to tackle my electrical problem. I must say that it was a bit difficult to get them to come over (I guess they are overloaded with work) but I persisted and the work was done to a high standard. I have no qualms in recommending this company to anybody for electrical work. In fact, I had another electrician appointment but I felt messed about so I cancelled it and decided to take a plunge with Pulse Electrical and I have no regrets.

I would definitely recommend John from Pulse Electrical. He changed a socket in a very awkward place, difficult to get to but he managed it. And a very nice guy, polite, helpful. Thank you John

Pulse fixed our bathroom lights without any fuss or mess. They managed to fix the problem where others had failed. Would recommend them every time and they remain permanently in our address book. Thank you PS: Though husband complains, as he now can see himself a bit too clearly in the mirror!

This is my second time using Chris and the team after being recommended on our local what’s app group. They were thorough with there diagnosis of the issue we had and easy to deal with.

After buying some new chandeliers for our living room we were worried we may not be able to install them. Pulse came up with an effective solution to our problem, ensuring the relevant fixings were put in place to support our rather large lights. They look great thanks guys! I recently had the pleasure of having Pulse Electrical install a number of lights in my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. Chris and his team did excellent work but are also excellent communicators. Any inquiries I had were addressed with patience and clarity. They carefully evaluated each room's layout and offered insightful recommendations on the optimal placement and type of lights to enhance both functionality and aesthetics. They were punctual, courteous, and made sure to leave the work area spotless after completing the job. Without doubt are my go to electricians.

Chris and the team came recommended on my local what’s app group for our flats. They visited the next day and found the fault with my oven circuit. The cable was repaired that day with no mess or damage. Being able to send them pictures via what’s app also made the whole thing much easier!

I called Pulse Electrical to carry out an electrical safety test for my new flat. They were easy to deal with and communicated quickly. They’re now booked in to carry out the necessary repairs. Would certainly recommend to others.

I contracted Pulse to fit out my garden office with all the necessary electrics plus install the armoured cable to get the power there from the house. It was a big job and they did it brilliantly. They were really helpful from quotation to installation and very conscientious about laying the cables where they’d be the least intrusive. I highly recommend them.

Chris and the team installed security lights and camera for me. Came highly recommended by a neighbour. Really efficient, knowledgable and I am confident that they will be able to deal with any issues or queries that might arise in the future. Would definitely recommend.

Electrician that was called out was good, however pricing is not clear and trying to charge someone for a another full hour even though they only worked for 1 (and a few mins), is just not the way to get repeat business. Very unfortunate as I need an electrician

Really great experience from Pulse and glad I chose them. I was very happy with the way Matt located and dealt with the underfloor wiring problem, located and remediated the fault and and managed to put the flooring back down really well. I'd happily use them again and recommend to all.
