Richard Martin, the Managing Director, visited our site on 26 May to be briefed on completing an installation. I had to take the day off to do the briefing which took over two hours. Richard took the brief and said he would be around on 31 May. On the day before I sent him a message and he replied he was at a funeral. A week later I got a message that some of his team had been in a road accident. Ten days after that he said he was unwell and none of his team of 15 had the time to do the installation. On 20 June he sent a message that he "would sort something" that day. A week later nothing had been done. If you want a reliable or professional service this company may not be for you
