I’m really pleased with the service East Finchley electrical provided. They have been very supportive, even after installing and helped me to contact the suppliers when I had an issue. They are skilled, responsive and Dino was very supportive.

East Finchley Electrical Contractors recently carried out a safety check and did some remedial work on my house in East Finchley. Communication and pricing was very good. The man who did the work was polite and worked hard to get the best result. Definitely recommended!

Appalling service. Shop engineerwould not power-up faulty tube fitting, even though I provided a cable, because he'd have to fit a 13A plug to cable. When I complained to the office they said there was no need to power-up fitting as, after new tube & choke, it could only be theyl transformer. After fitting a new transformer, it beats me how they could hand the fitting back to a client without testing it! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Friendly and helpful, despite being booked up, they fitted us into their schedule. Professional and courteous, the engineers explained the problem, what was required to remedy the situation and completed the work to a high standard.

Dino and his team were really professional and reliable. I wanted some storage heaters fitted throughout my property and contacted around 10 different electricians. Dino was the most professional and I immediately had confidence in him. He took a floor plan and sent it to the manufacturer to understand exactly which specifications would be required. He provided high quality advice and installation. I was very happy with the service it was head and shoulders above the rest. Highly recommend.

At last have finally managed to find a local company that provides the service one should expect but so seldom does. Both from the admin and works aspect the company provided excellent service in terms of cost and quality. Helpful, friendly and gave us a real sense of confidence - full marks.

I contacted East Finchley Electrical after the engineer who came in to install smart meters noted that he couldn’t do so with the 4-flat junction box in the foyer set up as it currently was. After sending the utility engineer’s comments and a photo of the current setup to EF Electrical, they took the time to talk me through the issues and the end advice was that getting them to do the necessary work was not worth the cost. Good, honest advice for which they would take no charge - much appreciated.

We had booked the service to get a property reviewed and followed the advice. As it turned out, the report was completely faulty which caused stress, cost money and stress. The electrician who came in the end was good, but the initial report was the problem. No excuse, discount or even slight understanding from the manager. We will not go back there and we cannot recommend the service.

Bad customer service and an unqualified "electrician". Don't waste your money on them, you will end up calling another company like what I did.

East Finchley Electrical have been a tremendous help in getting one of our Major Work Projects off the ground at one of our properties. Although the project only became live after quite some time, Dino was always extremely patient, friendly and helpful in answering our many questions. EF Electrical offered a prompt and professional service in replacing CAT 5 e trunking, running new trunking, replacing electrical sockets, data sockets, light switches and re wiring a four storey building in Bloomsbury. A 5 year NIC Certificate was issued on completion. Each day their electricians cleaned up to allow potential tenants to view property. Overall an excellent service was provided. EF Electrical were recommended to me by a neighboring landlord.

EF Electrical are thorough and reliable. The electrician was personable and clearly articulated the nature of the problem and solution. He worked neatly and tidied up after himself. I would definitely recommend this business to my friends in North London based upon three recent service calls.

I run a local opticians and have been using East Finchley Electrical since they were recommended to us 15 years ago. During this time they did several jobs for us and couple of larger projects. I am a landlord with a regulated HMO property in East London. I needed to upgrade the wiring installation and revamp the fire alarm system and emergency lighting. Dino and his team were professional throughout and offered an excellent service that was great value for money. I found him on Google so it only seems right to place a review here after all works have been completed. The competence and friendliness of his team were superb. They were always happy to help and explain and did not bill me for more than was necessary. I have no hesitation in recommending them for further electrical works and am happy to speak to anyone about EFE.

As a postscript to my review below, a problem that could not have been foreseen occurred a little after the lighting installation was up and running. EF Elec really pulled out the stops to investigate and successfully resolve the issue. They gave an excellent service all round.

I was really happy with the service from East Finchley Electrical, I'm an east finchley resident and was great to use a local company. I had a problem with the lights and fusebox at my home, they were over within a couple of hours and fixed everything. Great service, thanks!

Called 5 times. Was transferred and cut off 5 times. The lady on the phone was Incredibly rude. when I went in the shop, nothing is in stock. Very very disappointing.
