Best electricians ever! They were a Godsend! After seeing a couple of other electricians who talk the talk but didn't walk the walk I was given London Electricians' contact details by a neighbour of mine who was extremely happy using their services as well. Not only they came under a short notice for the initial inspection but they sorted out my entire electrical system just in two visits. They treated me and my property with respect and care. I can't recommend enough Ovidius for his skills and expertise and Lucias for his professionalism and honesty. Great experience using London electricians. Lucian was very helpful over email, the engineer that came to service our immersion heater was knowledgeable and professional. They were accommodating to our needs and got the report over to us hours after the inspection. Would recommend and use again.

I used this company 7 years ago to install my storage heater.This time l had a problem with broken thermostat.It was solved as quick as they could always followed by call or email... Review London Electritians Before posting the review I reflected on how I could give my honest opinion about my experience with this company and what could be improved for their future costumers. So here’s my story: I have a rental property in south west London where my tenants close to the Christmas festivities communicated that there was a problem with the electric storage heaters. I immediately searched for a solution and contacted Electricity Emergency London who sounded very knowledgeable, clear and caring over the phone. I booked for a visit in a week’s time. The day arrived (they were booked to arrive between 12-2 instead arrived at 5pm.) No problems, it’s London. The situation was that apparently there was no problem with any of the three storage heaters (as they are quite new) except that they had the wrong settings. It took the electritian 25 min to change them, no dismantling needed and advise the tenants on what to do. The result? Problem solved, happy tenants, invoice sent, bill paid. The end you’d say? Nope…there is part of 2 of this story. I was billed (and immediately paid £342.00 for “the job”). By the way their charges are very clear and upfront for their services and that includes checking, dismantling, cleaning and/or if necessary service them. It wasn’t until a few days later when I met with the tenants that they told me the story and told me what had “precisely” happened. I don’t know how you, reading this, would have reacted, but I wasn’t happy because it wasn’t what they had done. I contacted the company, explained the situation and after an investigation to keep the story short they agreed to reviewed the charges and invoiced a new bill. My conclusions: My kudus go to the team at the phone service, always available and very knowledgable as well as the supervisor (Lucian in particular who I dealt with) who’s got great costumer skills. It can be better: My improvement tip for the company is to make sure they don’t just bill you, but actually find what job or jobs exactly were carried out, the time it took them to fix the issue and bill you accordingly to avoid any upsets or unfair charges that may lead to a bad review on portals like Google etc. My lesson? Ultimately it’s my responsibility as a landlord to “triple” check everything and I should have been there in the first place, but unfortunately I couldn’t as I was abroad. Also before paying any bills, enquire on what exactly has been done to avoid a long ping pong of emails afterwards to rectify any issues. Going forward: Communication is key. In the future I would still use the company by applying the above points. I hope this helps anyone in a similar situation to mine. Thank you

London Electricians provide great services. They did a few intervention for me, they are very professional and take pride in their work. They have always been able to solve the issue in one visit. They are reliable and offer very competitive prices, I couldn't recommend them more.

The person who came was very professional but quite rude. I know that I booked him to look at the socket and he finished after 20 min. As I paid him for a whole hour, I asked him to look at a light switch that did not work properly. He got very aggressive and unpleasant and said he “was not booked for this”. He was was paid for a whole hour so he was still paid. He opened the light switch and said it would have to be replaced. Leylands is 6 min away from where I live in Notting Hill and he would have been in time to go there to get a new light switch which I’d have paid for of course. He refused and left and said that it “was not part of his job”. That was not only very unprofessional, but unacceptable. If someone is paid for a full hour, he has to work for that money especially if he charges 120£ per hour.

Gabriel's team carried out some difficult work and corrected and made safe the electrical wiring, I had new fuse boxes fitted, fixed some unsafe socket wiring. An electrical radiator in the bathroom and one in the bedroom. They also released a safety certificate for carrying out the works. Their communication was clear and transparent as well as the pricing. The replies were very prompt and they delivered an amazing service. Recommend! Responsive, and reasonably priced with excellent service. Booked me in the day after I called with a non-emergency. The engineer had a difficult challenge with an old electrical issue and issues with the fusebox. He worked to fix these quickly and efficiently, and was done and dusted in under two hours despite the challenge at hand! He also replaced two sockets and fixed other faults with the upstairs electrics as part of the job. Super helpful, would definitely use again.

I found this company from a search of the heaters I had in a rented property. They told me an electrician would go and find the problem with the heaters. The electrician who visited the property told my tenant the wiring 'wasn't safe' and then left my tenant abandoned with this apparently 'unsafe' situation. My tenant was so worried they called me in panic saying they didn't feel safe there and basically threatened me they would move out. The electrician who apparently spoke broken english never called me to discuss this issue. Instead head office sent me a bill for their diagnosis. I couldn't believe they hadn't even tried to resolve the issue and left, wanting to charge me with absolutely nothing fixed. In my eyes these quote charging businesses are a scam. I called another electrician who went to the property spent an hour there and fixed the problem all for the same price as their quotation. Not only do I not recommend this company but these types of 'services' shouldn't even exist.

Knew what they were doing and did it.

Had a Storage Heater removed. Slight delay with booking being missed in their emails, but they were really quick to rectify this and book in an appt. Electrician arrived earlier that the appt time, but was professional and friendly. Also took the time to talk me through the current setup in my flat in regards to electrical heating. Efficient removal. Recommend.

I called this morning as two halogen lights had blown and even when I replaced the bulbs, they wouldn't work. The electrician arrived within 15 minutes of the call and within 30 minutes he was ready and packed away, with my lights working perfectly. The lovely lady on the phone then called to ask for payment over the phone and e-mailed me my receipt before I'd put the phone down. A very efficient and reasonable service, with friendly individuals. I would definitely recommend.

I live on Sussex gardens and they are based in Sussex gardens. They charge for parking! Plus 78 per hour is too high to hang a tv on the wall. I went elsewhere.

Was really impressed with the service. Easy to schedule with their office and they booked me in for the following morning so no waiting around. The electrician was a really nice guy who did a fantastic job - quick fix and good value for money. Would definitely use again and recommend.

I let a flat in Edgware where there was a problem with heating. I contacted Electricity Emergency London and Allan came to the property to install a new storage heater and fix an existing one. He gave excellent advice regarding the location for the new heater, installed it and fixed the existing one quickly and with no problems. The flat is now comfortable and warm with efficient economy 7 heating. Reliable friendly service at good value. I am happy to highly recommend and will use again for any electrical problem.
