You guys need to have some respect with parking. Be understanding and move your vans when you can see people want to park rather then block the road. You can see people wanted to come in and look like dummy's. Also some the comments on here might link to your employees dragging parts you install in peoples homes on the floor. No care for the job. Employee have no respect for other humans who are driving. Speaking as a resident who lives a few doors down. And no I would not come and speak to you at all as I do not feel comfortable.
Very low quality windows , the glass shop replaced 30 year old windows that was worn out and the old windows were quieter and less drafty then the new ones , no window boards fitted and don't follow up fixing the low quality broken parts , fitters were nice guys but left a terrible mess and the communication with the company is terrible , I would deffinatly avoid (only left 1 star as it won't let me leave none)
I had a really disappointing experience with this company. They are completely unprofessional and unreliable. I booked two separate appointments for them to come and arrange a door replacement, and both times they failed to show up. What's worse is that they didn't even bother to call ahead or give proper notice. Each appointment was cancelled at the last minute, leaving me stuck waiting around with no updates. Because of their lack of communication and poor planning, i ended up loosing 2 full days of work. It's incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service.
Team is very unprofessional. The other night they were mucking around with fire extinguishers on the street - spraying it on our flats. They even got some on my partner. Not what I expect from a compared 'professionals'
The glass shop team, Mike and Jack, did an outstanding job replacing an old Victorian single-glazed window. They were professional, attentive, and clearly took pride in their work. I really appreciated how careful they were with the cutting and installation. They created a great atmosphere too, their music choice added a nice touch while they worked. 😉 I’m really pleased with the final result, and it’s already got my neighbours thinking about getting theirs done next. Highly recommend.
This glass shop is just excellent, they are very helpful, friendly and so reasonably priced. Knocked up a double glazed unit within an hour! I was quoted £150 to supply and fit from a glazier, but I watched a YouTube video, and did it myself, the glass cost £20!!!! Awesome ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2025 UPDATE This shop is still awesome, so helpful. I'm glad to report standards haven't slipped!

I took two kitchen cupboard doors to be reglazed. They charged about £15 per door on top of the glass itself (£42) for fitting. They damaged the doors all around the front and shoddy job all around with the fitting. As a result, I can see the white glazing bars and nails through the glass and they stick out by about a cm at the back. I should've fitted it myself as I would have done a better job. I'm very disappointed and won't be using them again.
Second time I've ordered windows from this shop and once again I'm not disappointed. Matt arrived on time and did a wonderful job removing the old wooden windows and installing the new ones, which look brilliant. Windows given a good clean and all the mess(which wasnt as much as I thought would be) was cleaned up thoroughly. I highly recommend the Glass Shop for all your windows and doors. Great service, great price.

Had the porch, front door, back patio and a couple of windows done. They arrived on time and finished when they said they would. Really friendly throughout and liked that they put no pressure on us when they quoted like some other companies did, just quoted and was available when we were ready to proceed. Excellent

Great service from initial call too the fitter turning up. Spoke with them on the Friday afternoon as my back door window had broken, one of them turned up on Monday, measured up. Received the call for the quote the following day. Went down too pay for it on the same day and it's just been refitted. Slight surprise tho. I only needed the outer window replacing but they replaced nothing windows so now it looks nice and fresh. Cheers glass shop, I'll be using you guys again if I ever need too but you've made me very happy today.
Really bad service. Arranged to meet twice. We had to call on both occasions to see if they will make it to the property, in which they proceeded to explain they can’t make it last Minute. No notice at all up They proceed to saying they’ll book it ‘properly’ this time. Really dissapointed with service. If you can’t do it, just say you can’t
Had a new living room window and full glass replacements on the bedroom windows. Steve and Mike did an excellent job were clean, respectful and highly professional The office staff were very nice. Today my home was fitted with new windows, front and back door. The fitters were amazing. Polite and considerate and helpful. Nothing was too much for them. The windows and doors are amazing quality. Thank you Matt and Mike.

We’re beyond impressed with The Glass Shop and the windows, new door, fitting and service they provided. Extremely professional, arrived at 7:30am at -9 degrees to steam through the fitting of our four bed house. We couldn’t be happier with the result, it’s completely transformed our house. The fitters were friendly, polite and took care afterwards to tidy too. I would recommend The Glass Shop to anyone looking for quality windows and doors. Thanks to Gary and the amazing team.

Poor value for money
A man called Gary came round to fix a broken handle on the back door, was so rude to me I had to call my lodger down. It's been a long time since I've come across sexism like that. His attitude stunk. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. The rest of the staff I dealt with were fine. But he annoyed me enough to leave this comment
Good service. Needed a glass top for garden table. Didn't have there but they will order for small deposit. Doesn't take long to come.
