Amazing service, absolutely knowledgeable and very trustworthy. Things we normally wouldn't say about many traders in London, but Mizan has been brilliant. Embarrassingly, I managed to short out our entire mains during a DIY project that went wrong. On a public holiday. Late in the afternoon. Yeah, I wasn't proud of myself, thankfully the wife was out. But called up Ideal and Mizan was professional and sympathetic, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and explained to me what went wrong. As part of a safety test he also discovered some deeper faults in some other electrical work that I'd hired some cowboys to fix in my kid's recently renovated bedroom. Again, he diagnosed, patiently explained and fixed the problem with a professionalism that is rare these days. Above and beyond the call of duty as it was getting late. And he fixed it all before the wife returned so I could pretend things weren't as bad as they actually were! I'd call Ideal again in a flash for my electrical needs, I was super impressed!

Received top excellent service from Mizan today!!! We needed an electrician for our kitchen light and we were really pleased that Mizan was able to come to us today, and arrived quickly and sorted our problem straight away!!! Whilst here Mizan also corrected other problems with our electric in the house, and he was very patient and incredibly thorough! Came really quickly and done a really good job, very quickly sorted out an electric issue in our kitchen and living room and managed to source the problem and fix it very quickly.
I phoned Mizan on. Sunday morning at 7.30. He said he could be with me within the half hour and he was. He was reassuring throughout. Did thorough checks and his explanations were clear. Mizan is a true professional. We had a fault with the lounge electrical ring and gave him a call to see if he could help. Offered to come the same day although it wasn’t necessary so we arranged for him to inspect the next morning. Arrived as planned and we liked the fact that he kept us informed of his arrival as some tradesmen can have you sit on the sideline awaiting arrival all day. Inspected the wiring ring, was very patient and managed to detect the issue after inspecting a number of wires.. Issues resolved and did a full check on the house to ensure all was safe when powering back on. Would recommend 110% and will be using his services in the future…. Can’t recommend him enough, well done….
