I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They changed our appointment for a quote at the last minute and then arrived over an hour late on the day. Once here, the electrician only spent about 10 minutes looking around and didn't seem particularly interested in the job I followed up a week later to see if there were any updates on the quote, but heard nothing. I called again the following week and still received no response. Overall, the service and communication have been incredibly poor, and I wouldn't recommend them if you're looking for a reliable professional company, Update - still no service or response and they try to report the review.
AJOB Electrical came and fitted use ethernet connection points in our house. They have been amazing from start to finish. They spoke through all options during the initial quote and even helped me decide on the best option for my needs and not to spend unnecessary money on unneeded things. The work was completed to an exceptional level and everything was put back exactly how it was and no mess was left. They were very considerate and you couldn't even tell they were here doing work. If anyone is looking for someone to fit ethernet in their house then I'd highly recommend AJOB Electrical. This was the first time using AJOB and we'll definitely be using them again for other electrical needs!

AJOB Electrical provided an excellent service from start to finish. I received a confirmation email at the time of booking, followed by a reminder 24 hours before the appointment via both email and text message. On the day, I was notified when the engineer was on the way. The engineer was extremely professional and courteous, even wearing shoe protectors inside the house. He efficiently fixed the house alarm, installed an external light, and replaced a light switch in the loft. The engineer went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend AJOB Electrical to anyone seeking reliable and professional electrical services.
Anthony first did work for me a little over three years ago when I was buying a house and needed an electrical safety check. Since then, he has carried out a lot of work for me, from fixing up the previous owner’s “DIY” jobs to fitting a new fuse box, adding sockets, and running new lighting. Every job has been done to a very high standard. He takes real pride in his work, pays attention to detail, and always leaves everything neat and tidy. What I value most is that he does not just do the job I ask but thinks about the best solution. For example, today I asked him to fit a new plug socket for broadband. Instead of simply putting it where I suggested, he found a better location that avoided channeling into the walls and kept everything tidy and out of the way giving me a much better solution. If you need an electrician, I cannot recommend Anthony highly enough. He goes the extra mile every time, and you will not be disappointed with his work.

Used AJOB Electrical Ltd to provide a new electricity feed from my house to my garage some 50m away from the house. Tony has done a fantastic job not only with the new feed but also in removing the old patchwork of cables. His focus is very much on high quality work and customer satisfaction. This evidenced by fixing a non-existent earth feed which was potentially dangerous and proving guidance on other work that should be done in the garage again to reduce risk. We have been using Ajob at our house for various different tasks now - Electrical, CCTV, Network Cabling, Gate and Garage Door systems, and more. The team were fantastic from start to finish. The price I thought was really reasonable and happy with end result too. We had a new bathroom fan installed which is way better than what we had as well as a light switch fixed and a brand new socket installed. Anthony carried out an inspection for an EICR report on 9th March. I paid for half of it up front. My initial impressions were positive and I asked Anthony to quote me for any remedial work that would need doing. It's now 7 weeks on and I still have not received the report. I chased it after a month and Anthony said he'd had an accident and then been unwell. It would have been nice if I'd been proactively informed of this rather than having to chase. He said I'd receive the report in the coming days- that was two weeks ago and still no report. I appreciate that unexpected things come up. I only ask that as a customer that I'm kept informed- I'm an understanding and patient person! But I can't be if I'm not kept informed. As it stands now, I feel like I've been ripped off as I'm out of pocket. My last email has gone unanswered. I'm also inconvenienced as I can't progress with my other renovation works without knowing what needs doing with the electrics.
Did not live up to expectations with warranty period on alarm (less than a year). Took the stance of simply ignoring my calls rather than discussing the matter. Would not recommend.
Brilliant and prompt service. Fitted my outside light 4 years ago and bulb went so contacted to see what issue was - same day was round looking at it and then sorted me a replacement bulb and fitted it in no time. Professional, quick and easy to deal with. Wouldn't hesitate to contact in future when I need an electrician.
