Goring Electrical Services Ltd received mixed feedback. One reviewer said that after two years another electrical firm advised their new-build installation was not safe, and that Goring refused to respond to their email about it; they added they could not judge which firm was right. Another reviewer said Goring could not specify where cables were in their loft and described a phone call from the administrator as the highlight of a simple inquiry. On the positive side, one reviewer called it a great company that was easy to deal with, and another described a good store with helpful staff.
Goring Electrical did the installation in our new build house. After 2 years we were advised by a different electrical firm that the installation is not safe. Goring refused to respond to my email to them about this. I am not qualified to judge whether Goring or the different firm are right, but I am shocked that Goring will not even discuss the matter with me.
Goring (allegedly) put the cables in our loft but can’t specify where. The highlight was when the administrator phoned me in a huff thinking I was the developer. I mean we have no TV, but somehow she was the most put out by what should have been a simple inquiry
Great company easy to deal with.
