Design Me A Heat Pump Ltd

Excellent customer service from start to finish with every member of the team helpful, polite and easy to deal with. All parts of the work were delivered to the pre-arranged timetable; the whole process was remarkably straightforward and painless. I would be happy to buy from you again, I just can't think what we would need as I believe we're pretty much covered! Thank you for a great job, well done.

From start to finish, Martin and his team have been amazing. The attention to detail, the responsiveness, the clear detailed heat loss reports and quotes, the willingness to accommodate customer needs, questions and try new tech solutions has been first-class. AND then the install happened as planned, was completed to a high-standard with superb after sales support. It is very, very, very rare to find a small company these days that takes this much care (esp. in this sector). I almost didn't believe the other reviews about them as they almost seemed too good - but its all true - I would highly recommend Design Me A Heat Pump. 10/10
