Chris has been maintaing my central heating system for many years. I contacted him yesterday evening 3/10/24 as my boiler had started to drip, Chris arranged to visit on the 10/10 but when I explained that I was going away on the 5/10 and didn't want to leave my wife with a dodgy heating system whilst I was away he re-arranged his schedule and came first thing this morning 4/10. The fault was quickly diagnosed and fixed. Outstanding service from a really nice bloke. I can't recommend him highly enough.
Chris responded immediately to my query and came at 9 the next morning. Sorted out a dodgy switch quickly and with no fuss, just for his call out charge. Would recommend
Brilliant high standard of work and fantastic attitude - I have only great things to say about Arc based on my experience today! I have just had Chris out to service and fix my gas boiler which had been installed by someone else five years ago. I got him recommended by my (also excellent!) plumber Michael Hunter and I’m so glad I called him to get this recommendation. I have been so stressed out and Chris has very patiently dealt with the problems left by a bit of a wonky original installation and explained all of it to me as he went through, and been so respectful and kind throughout. It’s really nice to have this sort of positive experience with skilled trades people especially when it is not something I’ve got any direct experience in. He was able to explain so I could understand exactly what was what. If you need any work done and checking reviews to see what people think - just get on and call him! :)
