What a great company, helpful, respectful, very reasonably priced, not enough superlatives in the dictionary to how good they are. The experience has been superb from start to finish.The 3 J’s, Justin, Jack and Joe plus Chris did a great job was a pleasure to have them into our home.

Bayliss sent someone out very promptly and he solved the problem for a reasonable price. Both the electrician and the office staff were helpful, polite and generally a pleasure to deal with.

This company is brilliant! They came out same morning when we had power failure, located issues, got power back on and arranged to come back to replace faulty apparatus. Absolutely horrific customer experience. Will only tell you the call out charge as they don't seem to have a hourly rate so any electrician that rocks up at your door could ask for hundreds for a small fix. Also they say that if the problem can be sorted fast it is included in the call out charge but won't give out any specifics in terms of time or what a fast fix would mean for them. Avoid!

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. They were accommodating when booking the electricians, professional on arrival and carried out a lot of work in a short space of time. I would certainly use them again!👍🏻

Both times I have used Bayliss Group recently I have been impressed by their punctuality appearance and helpful attitude. Ryan and Josh are a credit to the company and the apprentice with them seems to be being trained to the same standard. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently with no mess left behind. Lastly the price was good for the time spent on both jobs. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!

What's great experience! We called Bayliss when our lights went out and the circuit didn't trip. They came out the next day and Karl was very professional and was very thorough dealing with the problem. We were informed throughout and I'm very happy to say the issue was resolved - thank goodness!! Highley recommend!!!!

Life savers!!! I needed an electric mirror replacing in bathroom. These guys were round the next day as they had a cancellation but also offered a slot in 2 weeks time. The guy did a great job, polite, just got on with it. I am super thankful for these guys.

I recently had an outdoor water feature installed by Ryan. He was punctual, friendly and completed a professional and tidy job laying over 30ft of underground cable from the house through the garden. The price was good too and finished job cost was as quoted. I have since had an oven installed by Bayliss Group and Ryan again provided the same level of professional service for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be using Bayliss Group again for any electrical jobs.

I may be biased as Steve is family! But his team did a great job fixing the LEDs in my kitchen and installing new hanging lights. The engineers were lovely and the girls in the office were so helpful booking the work in. Really recommend them all!!

I’ve used Bayliss Electrics for many jobs. They provided me with a whole new lighting installation on the extension of my house as well as the underfloor heating. Steve and Karl did a great job and I highly recommend them for their professional work and friendly, positive attitude. I also used Bayliss Group to do some plastering in my sons bedroom. Steve, Carl and Josh recently did some work in my home - changing the original fuseboard to a more practical and up-to-date one. I found Steve and his team to not only be friendly, courteous and well mannered but also, professional and very informative in which they took the time to explain the process of the job and the work undertaken throughout. Great service.

Steve and his team have dealt with various issues for me -new fuseboard, new sockets, extractor fan to name a few. All have been dealt with quickly, with minimum disruption and have calmed this first time home owner! Very pleased!

Steve recently installed some LED lighting and sockets into a log cabin I have at the bottom of my garden. This included connecting the electrics up to the main supply in the house. Recently used Steve and his people for some much-needed upgrades at a thatched property in Worcestershire - where electrical safety is paramount and certification needed for buildings insurance. This consisted of external lighting for convenience and security plus lighting and wiring upgrades inside the main property. It also included some much-needed upgrades to consumer boards, sockets and lighting in two out buildings. All personnel turned up on time every day, worked consistently, hard and respectfully and all the work was to a high standard. Call them !
