Adrian and his colleague were first rate in their recent visit. The repairs to the air pump heating pipework were in a cramped space and the servicing required two visits to wholesalers for repair pieces. Nothing was too much trouble them and their guidance and recommendations are very helpful. The report following the visit was all part of the excellent service we received. Good to use a local, efficient and reliable service like this. Thanks.

Adrian and Sam were excellent at fitting our new air source heat pump. From the initial quote Adrian was a breath of fresh air, so knowledgeable and helpful. We really felt like he genuinely cared and wanted us to get the best ASHP at a price that was suitable for our budget. We had lots of questions and he answered them swiftly but in depth. Even after it has been fitted he has offered to come around at a later date to walk us through how we use it in Winter as it’s likely we will forget throughout summer. Couldn’t recommend this company more and we look forward to seeing Adrian at our first service! Thanks to the whole busy team. Now just to get our hands on a busy bee toy! 😝 🐝

Adrian and team have been absolutely top notch from day one. We had a heat pump installed in a large house with no existing wet central heating system. Adrian managed the whole experience from start to finish, he was available seeming day and night to answer our endless list of questions! The various trades that came to complete the install were all very professional. We had 19 radiators fitted which took hundreds of metres of olumbing. The lads cleaned up at the end of every day so we could still live in the house whilst the install was taking place. The system itself has worked a treat since. The difference it has made to our house can not be underestimated. Adrian obviously takes great pride in his work. His aftercare has been brilliant too, nothing is too much trouble. I had a recent accident drilling through a water pipe and Adrian talked us through resetting the system at length and called in the next day just to check things were to working as designed. I would highly recommend Adrian and team, thanks for everything guys.

My experience of them, through their work on my Heat Pump, is the quality and level of service and communication far exceeds that of other companies offering similar services. I will be using Busy Energy again and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Genuinely overwhelmed by the quality of service these guys delivered. We have a very old heat pump, that due to a range of errors was discontinued not long after fitting. A few weeks ago we found ourselves without heating or hot water and having tried everything in the manual, we had no idea what to do about it. We reached out to our usual engineers and heard nothing. So desperate for a warm shower, we searched locally - lots of people said they wouldn’t even touch our system, but Busy Energy were here almost immediately. They couldn’t guarantee an answer, but they’d try their best to help us, and there was no fee - as they won’t charge for what they can’t fix. We were truly overwhelmed. Over 2 hours on a Friday evening, we had the entire system explained to us in a way we never had before. We received advice and tips beyond what we expected. Including ‘if this was me I’d do ‘xxx’, because the part only costs (x) and it’s easy’ etc. Even after the appointment, they followed up with all sorts of extra information and guidance, and were very willing to help source parts or get in touch with the original manufacturers for us. They made what was a really stressful time feel manageable. It was truly just old fashioned, kind, people focused, customer service. They simply look for solutions. They would not and have not accepted a penny, nor a beer or a donation - even though we have tried! They just asked for an honest review. So here it is. We cannot recommend this company highly enough. They know their stuff, and they care. Thank you again - we truly appreciate all the time (and texts)!

Excellent service from Busy Energy. I've called on Busy Energy twice now, once for a service of our Air Source Heat Pump and second for a leak in the external pipework which occurred whilst some property maintenance work was being carried out. We had the Air source Heat Pump serviced last June 2023 after buying the property in December 2022. The system had never been serviced since it was installed in 2017. Adrian was very thorough and explained to me how the system worked as I was new to heat pump central heating. As we were making alterations to some rooms at the time he also provided a heat loss calculation, free of charge, so we could obtain the correct size radiators. Whilst carrying out work on the house walls a leak developed on the external pipework. Adrian gave helpful advice until he could come out and repair the pipework. On the first opportunity Adrian came and repaired the leak and also provided some extra pipework to extend the pressure release pipe to protect the wall of the house from any stains. Adrian followed up with some instructions of how to operate the emersion heater in case of issues with the heating system.

Busy Energy has been nothing less than amazing. From advice, recommendation, quotation, installation and after sales they have gone above and beyond to ensure that they meet all our needs with our Air Source. Adrian has a wealth of knowledge and expertise, his attention to detail and customer care remains the best ever. I would recommend without reservation.

Unrivalled Expertise! This should be the easiest review to write but I am finding it really hard to put into words the invaluable service that I received. Adrian is the most professional, knowledgeable and honest tradesman I have come across. This has been an incredibly stressful time for us - a family of four with no heating or water, but Adrian surpassed all aspect of his role, or what could ever be expected of him. His core values and belief in what he does is very evident from his interactions and the level of effort he has put into every visit. It was not an easy job, but Adrian did not give up - where others most likely would have. Adrian, I know I have thanked you a million times, but you have saved us so much stress, time and money - thank you for reviving my belief in trades people. It is so nice to know that people and companies like yours still exist. I would never recommend anyone else.

In the wild west that seems to be the heat pump sector, Adrian and the Busy Energy team are the Sheriffs in town! I had a heat pump installed by another company a year ago who did a terrible job and essentially blackmailed me for payment before they would sort my RHI. They left the system barely stable with very little instruction and having ignored my calls for weeks. I'm an environmentally conscious person but was sadly regretting the whole affair (when the old installer had the nerve to send me service reminder) so thought I'd see if I could find a different supplier. The difference between Busy Energy and the other guy was night and day. Totally professional, knew the whole system and talked me through it. Even helped me trouble shoot when something went wrong afterwards (again, due to the original install). Worth every penny and I'll keep using them as long as my heat pump is installed!

To be really honest, I have had alot of work done at our house in the past and this is the only company that will stick in my mind, all for the right reasons; the quality of work is at its very highest,the knowledge of Adrian regarding heat pumps and solar panel's is unreal. As well as being a true gent he is honest, reliable, trustworthy and the advice that he gave us was great. We had a air source heatpump installed in July when the temp was in the very high 30's, but both Adrian and Liam carried on regardless.
