They are very professional and provide prompt service if any urgent issues should arise with rental properties. Office staff are very helpful and informative when you contact them. Highland Heating Management Ltd carried out repairs and serviced my gas boiler. Their service was excellent: booking appointments was straight forward, they arrived on time, staff were very polite, they carried out the work efficiently, and the cost of the work was made clear in advance. HHM have looked after our aging central heating and plumbing for a number of years and consistently turn up when they say they will and have professionally persevered with some awkward jobs. We recently had a boiler issue on a Friday evening and they arranged for an engineer to come out on the Saturday morning. He was excellent and thoroughly checked it over and fixed the issue and also patiently explained how to correctly re-pressurise the boiler and drain from radiators if necessary. The boiler is now working better than it has for a long while. Thank you!

Absolutely shocking company that comes with attitude. Came out to service my boiler then within 1 week it developed a leak from a lose coupling. Obviously not checked by their engineer properly while doing the service. Called them out to fix it then get charged an additional £70! Which I quite rightly refused to pay. They then complained I hadn't paid the service bill, which I had never received. I eventually received the service invoice 3 months later then they demand payment within 7 days of receiving said invoice or interest would be added. How about I deduct funds from the invoice for it being late getting sent out? They eventually agreed "on this occasion" to knock the £70 off the service bill. "On this occasion!" What do you mean??! Now they won't service my boiler as they say i refused payment hahahaha. How about do the job you are paid for properly the first time? What a joke of a company. So beware, you've been warned.

Their engineer Rick came out this week to repair our existing boiler and estimate for a new one. He was really knowledgeable and genuinely cared about his work. Really good office team too. Would definitely recommend.

Called the company to chase a part for my mum who had been left without heating for 10 days. I was greeted with a very curt response from the individual who answered the phone. Not once did she offer any empathy, any offer of chasing the part up with the supplier - instead she complained that my mum, who had her fridge stop working in the house it was so cold, had called her every day that week to chase the part. The way in which myself, my mum and her partner were spoken to by this individual was very disappointing. We were given a 'tough luck' response, and my mum was made out to be catastrophising as she "wasn't the only one without heating". Would not recommend based on the poor communication and lack of customer service. Ended up cancelling with this company, getting the required part ourselves on next day delivery, and found someone to fit it the following day.

Whilst the engineers were very nice and friendly it took three of them four days to decide that it was in fact a boiler fault and not a fault with our hot water tank. The part was duly ordered but by this time it was Friday and so it was going to be 4 more days until the part would arrive which would take us to the Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon came and still no part so I rang to see if there was any news and was told straight away and quite abruptly “We’ll ring you when it arrives”. Later that afternoon my husband also rang and was told the same thing in the same manner and when he said we’re getting anxious as we’d had no heating or hot water for 10 days he was told (and not for the first time) there were lots of people whose heating had broken down. The following day my daughter rang to see what was happening (the thermometer was hardly getting above freezing by this point) and met with the same rude manner and the woman complained that she was getting two phone calls a day and would ring us when the part came in. Not once in all of this time was there any empathy or any offer of chasing the part to see when it would arrive, instead she insisted that she didn’t know which of their supplier the part was coming from and anyway they’re very busy. If I spoke to people the way she does in my job I would have been in trouble long ago. In the end we told them not to bother and we took matters into our own hands and went elsewhere.

First class service and full of customer care. The guy who attended was a real gentleman and so pleasant and work carried out was top notch.

HHM came out to us the same day our heating broke down, which we were so appreciative off as we had guests in. Callum was excellent and did a very thorough job, a credit to HHM.

We’ve used HHM for two projects- one the entire electrical fit out of our new build campsite and the second an extension to the campsite for new cabins. For both projects they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They do all they can to deliver projects on budget and their ‘can do’ attitude and broad knowledge and skill set is a credit to the company. They’ve also been incredibly reliable, always available for follow up communications and the guys on site are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend from Shieldaig Camping and Cabins.

Can't recommend this company highly enough. Everyone from the ladies in the office to the guys out and about are 100% professional, reliable, friendly and knowledgeable. For plumbing, heating and electrical work I won't bother with anyone else in future. Just brilliant - whoever runs this company sets a very high standard and should be very proud of their team.
