I got hold of Grant’s Electrical Services, late on a Thursday. My house had fused, I couldn’t see how to fix it. One company had promised to be out, they didn’t arrive! I phoned Grant’s and said, as it was summer, I could wait u til the next morning. 9am on the dot, three electricians arrived.. well two apprentices and one electrician! The issue was discovered very quickly and resolved! Absolutely excellent service and I can’t recommend him highly enough! The rest of my electrical work will be done through these guys!

They were extremely responsive, sending a team of three electricians to site within a couple of days. I only needed my new cooker and hob connected but I couldn’t get anyone local for the job , Grants electrical arrived when they said and on time , I will be having an electrical car charging point fitted to my home soon and will definitely be using this company again .

I received a follow-up from Grants Electrical Solutions inviting a review today, positive or otherwise, so this is a straightforward account. We operate a construction firm in Bristol and engaged Shaye, the managing director, and his team on four projects over a six-week period, totalling approximately £10,000. After another contractor from Torquay failed to deliver, they stepped in immediately and, without hesitation, increased their public liability cover from £5m to £10m to meet our requirements, enabling the works to proceed the same day. That level of responsiveness and decisive action is what sets a dependable contractor apart. If more firms operated with this level of integrity, the industry would not be in the state it is today. Their actions directly prevented delays that would have cost us £1,000 per day in late completion fees. Thank you, team.

Shaye came out to swap our old consumer unit which was hanging on by a thread. Quick, tidy job and sent cert the same day. On the way out my car was stuck in the mud on the farm and he pulled it out with his truck without even thinking about it. Proper good bloke, knows his stuff, and goes above and beyond.
