Called for a tricky smart thermostat installation, somebody was sent the next day. Charged slightly less than the thermostat manufacturer. Clean, good communication and punctual.

I called T Waller Electrical Services because something kept tripping our electrics. Tony was incredibly helpful and came out quickly to diagnose the problem. He quickly found that our water pump was causing the issue. While I went to collect a new pump, Tony made all the electrics safe, removed the old pump and fitted the new one. His professionalism, knowledge, and friendly attitude were outstanding throughout. I can't recommend Tony highly enough. He provides excellent service, is reliable, and clearly takes pride in his work. I'll definitely be using T Waller Electrical Services again in the future.

5 star work from Tony! He came out 2 months ago to quote for an EV charger install despite not needing the charger immediately and accommodated my preferred date without issue when the time came. I was notified several times with reminders of the appointment and sure enough, he turned up when he said he would. Tony was easy going and friendly and carried out a neat job in no time. Needed an electrician for an emergency, my son's young family were left without electricity, so no light or heating when the master switch failed. Tony eas recommended by a local plumber friend of ours, we phoned and explained the situation at 7pm, Tony was very helpful and professional he asked details if the switch etc. and promised to do what he could. The electric was restored, by 8pm, without the feared enormous bill. Tony was friendly, professional, helpful and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

I initiated a consultation visit with this company to install/update areas of the property in which I reside requiring so. The gentleman arrived at my property with me waiting outside for him to get out of his vehicle and proceed with standing next to me on a phone call. I waited for about a minute and a half until the phone call ended, then we proceeded with the consultation. The gentleman was friendly and very knowledgeable regarding electrics; however, as we walked around the residence, I was asked if the property was mine. I thought that was edging on the side of disrespectful to me, as whose else's would it be, and I therefore just took it as an inane question to be asked. Following this, I ended up standing and waiting again just like I did on the companies' arrival while the gentleman engaged in another longer phone call. Albeit, it was expressed by the gentleman to the person on the other end of the line that it was rude behaviour towards me as a customer, yet no apology was issued to me. Overall, the experience I have received from this company has been one of mostly distaste, but, just for clarification, no work has been completed by this company at my property, and this review has been written solely of my initial appointment experience. I will not be proceeding with having work carried out by this company and have since gone elsewhere.

Tony Installed a Zaptec GO 2 EV charger for me, lovely neat installation, made sure the charger was connected to the app on my phone too. It was installed within around a week of booking too. Tony was a huge help in installing a ring floodlight camera onto the back of our home, ammending the positioning as we wanted to get a full view of the garden. Not only was he able to accomodate a post 17:00 fitting, but also was able to give advice and tips on other areas of the garden which were quick fixes without charging any extra for the advice. 100% would recommend and would definitely be using in the future for any other jobs!

Tony fixed a very tricky and persistent overload issue in my kitchen. He was enormously thorough and went to every length not to dismantle the kitchen. Everything working perfectly since. I would highly recommend.

Tony fitted new outside lights, upgraded some indoor light fittings and plug sockets and fit a new extractor fan in our bathroom. Prices were very fair and all work was completed in a polite and friendly manner. All mess was cleared up afterwards and I was asked if I was happy with the work provided, giving me chance to ask a couple of questions. I also added on a couple Of extra jobs which Tony has as happy to do, despite having to go out of his way to order extra parts, and he noticed problems with my bathroom lights that the previous houseowner had installed- again rectifying this without me even needing to ask. Tony gives a great service. Responsive, punctual and considerate. He did a great job replacing two consumer units with a single, larger capacity unit, made good both the sockets & lights circuits of my garage/utility and gave the house circuits a health check. Gave me good advice and I've recommended him to my daughter. I'm now getting him lined up to install some storage heaters on that lovely new capacity :-) Photos of before & after.

EV Charger Home Installation Professional, neat installation. Great communication prior to arriving to fit unit and explained exactly what he was going to do before he started the installation. Heavy rain not an issue for Tony, golf umbrella quickly erected and work continued. Cleaned up after installing and made sure I was 100% satisfied before he left. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again for any electrical work that I may require.

Highly recommended. I returned home to find that I'd no electricity in part of the house, and fixing the fuses didn't fix the problem. Worried that I had a serious electrical problem, I phoned at 9pm. Instead of being charged an expensive out-of-hours call-out, I was talked through all the steps I needed to do on the phone - in less than 20 minutes my electricity was restored. Bookmarked for the next time I need an electrician!

Tony and his team chloe and Brad done a full rewire for my extention and also installed downlights to my whole downstairs ceilings. They was very professional pricing was perfect and always on time. They always left my house clean very unusual for a spark haha. Tony was very prompt in submitting my eletrical cert to building control so can't fault in anyway what so ever.

Organising the electrical check and receiving the certificate worked well. However, when I emailed for the work to be done in relation to the findings of the electrical work, I was totally ignored. I have asked other electrical engineers to undertake the remedial work, but they suggest going back the company that wrote the report i.e. T Waller. And this has been unsuccessful. So now, I have to organise and pay for another company to repeat the electrical check, so that the remedial work can be done. I would not use this company as they only did half a job
