Dragon Renewable Energy Ltd installed solar panels, batteries and heat pumps for several customers, who report that the work was explained clearly and that the company responded when problems arose. One reviewer says the team fine-tuned an existing system installed by another company to run more efficiently. Another describes a large installation of solar panels, a heat pump and a hot water cylinder, with the work done on time and the company consulting them at each stage. Customers also report retrofitted underfloor heating and new radiators with battery storage. One reviewer reports that a contractor later drilled through the underfloor heating and that the company responded quickly to help.
10/10 Highly recommend. Fitted 11 solar panels and 2 batteries. They've done a really great job. And Josh went through how to use the app and explained everything when the installation was complete.
Highly recommend, a system was installed on our property by the previous owner not long prior to us purchasing it by different energy company. After moving in we found poor running costs. From a few recommendations we contacted dragon renewable. They came out to fine tune the system to run more efficiently. Extremely knowledgeable and a friendly no hassle service. A++
Dragon Renewables did a brilliant job setting up all the services for my newly built house - solar panels and battery, ground source heat pump, underfloor heating and water bore hole. Each element was handled by a different expert and all were very thorough - they explained exactly what was happening, answered all my questions and helped me understand how to operate the systems once they were commissioned. They were able to accommodate re-scheduling work following delays in the house build, and post-completion, they were also very quick to respond to a cry for help when one of my contractors drilled straight through the underfloor heating !! I would highly recommend the team, either as a whole or for individual elements.
The Dragon Renewable team installed new radiators and battery storage at my property. Excellent service.
Excellent service from start to finish , from the first discussion, through the detailed survey ,making sure the new heating system would work in my 150 year old stone cottage, and the easy and efficient fitting , made the whole process as smooth as possible , very happy , would highly recommend this team.
Had Dragon retrofit underfloor heating throughout my house. From initial contact to work completed everything went wonderful, and the work all appears to be excellent as well Would definitely recommend Dragon to others
Recently had Dragon Renewables install a full house renewable installation that included 24 solar panels , heat pump, hot water cylinder and associated pipe work and fittings. Got to be honest in that the install happened on time and as planned with no delays , in fact can’t believe how smooth it actually was bearing in mind they were converting my old gas fired installation which did present problems that where overcome by Dragon. The standard of install was also well thought out and a very neat installation, we were consulted at every stage to ensure we were happy . Finally the after service from Sam and the team has continued with regular contact to ensure all performing as our expectations . Would definitely recommend Dragon to anybody considering having renewables installed. Thanks John
