EV Electrical Essex Ltd

Superb service, great workmanship, lovely little family business

Great company from start to finish, I highly recommend them if you're looking for an installation of an EV charger. From the initial survey, to ordering the materials for the job and completing the work to a high standard, they were excellent.

The team did a fantastic job on our Ev installation. The job was not easy as the route from charger to fuse box was not straightforward. They worked around the existing fuse and did a tidy job. Would 100% recommend to others!

Brilliant ! First class personalised service, thank you EV Electrical for making the charger install so easy and straightforward. I liked having the choice of charger brand, recommending the right one for me, doing a survey before install and being completely transparent about costs. They answered my questions and concerns before the install. Jamie the fitter was courteous, knowledgable and made sure the charger type and positioning was perfect for our needs and also helped with the app. I Highly recommend EV Electrical for your EV charger install, we’re so happy with it!

Thanks for another professional installation. While there was a faulty component from the manufacturer for my second charger, EV Electrical went above and beyond to resolve the issue with the manufacturer and support me - I'm a very happy customer. In my experience, you see the quality of an organisation and its people when there is a hiccup and EV Electrical were great - thank you.

Very happy with the quality of the work performed by James, not to mention his professionalism, from EV Electrical and I would have no hesitation recommending them to others.

From the superb attitude of the lady who answered my phone call, through to Connor professionally and tidily commissioning my unit, I cannot fault this company. A rarity to find such great customer service from start to finish these days...thank you all at EV electrical Essex.

Great company. Quoted within a day and once paid, had a date booked in. Not an easy install with a fair amount of groundworks, but the guys were great and very diligent. Highly recommend

No hesitation giving a 5 star review for EV Electrical. The whole team from initial contact to survey to installation have been exemplary. Ohme Home Pro wall box at a residential address.

Just had my Ohme Pro Installation completed by the EV Electrical Team. They are very professional workers who took their time and have completed a very neat and tidy job. Would highly recommend to anyone requiring these first rate services. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good and prompt communication plus the survey and install were both carried out quickly and smoothly. Very happy with the quality of advice and works carried out, and our new EV charger has been flawless so far.

Extremely professional and trustworthy company. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Very impressed with the service. Needed a ev charger installed that was octopus compatible. They came and done a site survey and recommended 2 charges and quoted us a great price plus sorted out our grant. The install was completed quickly and professionally and everything explained clearly. E mails were answered instantly , nothing was too much trouble. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Absolutely top-notch service from Connor and the team. I stumbled across the team undertaking another installation, asked them if they could help as I was considering an EV and had quite a long run (25m) from the distribution board to the house, to where I wanted the charging point. They did a full discovery and gave me options. The cost was much less than expected, the job was fitted in really quickly, and the team were super polite and clean and tidy. Really pleased with the result, the workmanship is fantastic and I have future-proofed if I want to add additional circuits or chargers. Cannot recommend highly enough, very knowledgeable and we are very pleased.

The service provided by EV Electrical has been exemplary from start to finish,, Connor surveyed i received my quote within 2 hours and the works booked and completed within a week, the installation was 1st class very neat and tidy, the lads explained the App and are really polite, an all round credit to the company. If you are looking at getting a charger installed do not go anywhere else......

From start to finish these guys have been amazing. Came out to quote for a new property super quickly, reasonably priced and very helpful. The 2 guys that came out to complete the fitting were incredible, nothing was to much trouble for them. We were in the middle of moving house the same day so stress levels were high but these guys just sorted everything out. Highly recommend this company

It’s rare these days to have such a positive experience when buying any service. But I can say with absolute certainty that Emma, Connor and the installation team each delivered an absolutely first class service, from initial contact right through to installation. Friendly, efficient and a perfect end result. I couldn’t recommend EV Electrical more highly.

The colleagues EV Electrical sent to us where extremely friendly and professional. They went the extra mile in terms of explaining how the system worked and helping us with various Apps. In an industry dominated with national companies, we were so pleased to find a solution with a personal touch. Cannot rate them highly enough.

Excellent team, really good. Recommended!

I have had the pleasure of working much closer with this organisation as a result of being supplied with two EV charger units that have not worked for the last six months, EV electrical where contracted to install the units by a third party, which they installed very professional for the third party as a contractor. However, the support disappeared from the company that sold the units once they had been sold and developed a fault in the five year Guarantee, leaving us high and dry as a "not for profit" organisation without a EV charging point for our vehicles. EV Electrical picked up the problem and took this to resolution at their cost, the professional nature of this organisation is some of the best I have ever experienced in 30 years of my business career. I will always be grateful of the support and professional nature of this company, they have proved that they will not walk away when others have left a problem and avoided any responsibility to honour their part of the guarantee that was implied in the sale. I know in my life customer service at this level will always ensure future business and wish EV electrical all the very best for their future business endeavours.

EV Electrical where very professional from the start and gave great advice. The EV install and new cable run from the house was very quickly installed and the team where very polite and helpful. I would recommend EV Electrical to friends and family. I will be having them back to install my solar in the next year.

Had to update my car charger Came when they said Did the job. Thrilled with result. Great company to deal with. I can now see exactly how much the car is charging via solar panels etc.

EV Electrical installed are charging points yesterday. They arrived on time, were all very pleasant and worked very hard in and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend them.

Great service, would thoroughly recommend

We can’t recommend EV Electrical Essex highly enough. They came out quickly and went above and beyond to sort out the issue with our home charger. Excellent service and value for money.

Great personal and personable service ~ so much better than the likes of Pod Point for customer service. Highly recommend

Very kind and compassionate family run business, attended in an instant and really helped my neighbours

Professional, courteous, tidy and prompt. Would definitely recommend.

Recently used EV electrical for an office wall charger - not their biggest job, but they were responsive, great value and friendly and my electric car charges. Perfect.

The team at EV Electrical are fantastic. From first query coming around to discuss options for the charger install, to sharing their insights into the chargers available. Install especially was excellent with the team working very hard to hide cables as much as possible and drill through the wall to the back of the Charger so that there wasn’t a cable running up the wall to it. A really professional team - so glad to have them local.

CMC Hyundai Harlow recommend EV Electrical Essex and the EV Team assisted me on all stages of the install and gave me great advice. The install was super fast and the Installation Team were a pleasure to deal with and cleaned up after the job was completed. Highly recommended for any new EV owners or those wanting an upgrade.

Excellent service with great contact. Installation was quick and efficient and the staff were an example of what great customer service should be. Emma has been brilliant with contact and no issue or query has been left unanswered. I can’t recommend highly enough, 5 stars isn’t enough for this company.

I have used EV-Electrical on two occasions now and both times their work has been outstanding. Both chargers were fitted very professionally and are working as expected. Simon is very knowledgeable and his advice both pre and post completion has been valuable. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an EV charger.
