I got a new boiler two years ago and I was looking for someone to do an annual service. I contacted Kevin from Quality Renewables for a quote. After searching around I found that their quote was not only reasonable but very comprehensive for what they were going to do. The engineer kept me notified about their arrival time and he was here for the best part of an hour working constantly. Everything was left clean and tidy ( I did have to clear out the airing cupboard for access). Admittedly, there did not appear to be anything wrong with my boiler, but I'm now secure in the knowledge that it's OK for winter. The engineer even tested my CO alarm and unlike my last year service under guarantee (who was here for under 10 mins), he actually completed my service booklet. I was so impressed that I've also taken out their monthly plan, which gives me a priority service for repairs and a yearly service. Hopefully, I won't see you until next year! Kevin absolutely didn’t have to go the extra mile to try and source the parts directly from the manufacturer, but given the extent of the the repair and what it could have cost, I’m genuinely so appreciative that he did. He saved me a fortune — and potentially even saved me from having to replace my boiler altogether. That, to me, is the mark of a genuine professional: someone who takes pride in their work and looks out for their customers rather than simply taking the easiest or most expensive option. Underfloor heating had failed on the ground floor if our house. I wasn’t sure if it was an electrical or pump issue. Kevin (jr) attended and ran a thorough diagnosis which identified a failed pump. He sourced a replacement pump, a modern equivalent, and fitted it within a week. He also noticed a leaking joint an replaced the washer whilst on the job. I was very happy with the thoroughly competent and professional manner in which our job was completed, making this an easy recommendation.

We were without heating and hot water from boxing day. Got the number of neighbours after trying a couple of places. We didnt hold out much hope. But they came the next morning. It wasnt good news. New boiler required and given it was the holidays figured it would be after new year before anything could be done. No...Kevin went out his way calling suppliers for all we needed to do the job. They arrived early Hogmany morning and got started. Job was done by 3.15pm. New pipework, flu boiler and all the trimmings. Lovliest honest and hardworking team Ive ever had the delight to deal with. Couldnt recommend this team enough. Left the place clean and tidy. Standard of work meticulous. So happy to have found them. 10 out if 10 guys. Going forward we wont go anywhere else.

The guys from Quality Renewables done a great job changing over my ancient boiler & hot water tank system with a brand new combi boiler system & radiators. QR installed our industrial toffee cauldron (gas powered, forced draft), when no-one else could, we just wished we'd found them sooner! From first conversation asking for a quote for a new boiler everything was first class. Kevin quoted and explained the different types of boiler available for us. He explained everything very clearly and we accepted his quote. It was not a straightforward installation but from start to finish he was true to his word and completed the job in one day as he had promised and explained how the boiler worked and how to manage the controls. This company went far and beyond installation of a new boiler which had a faulty part. I had to call them out twice as water was dripping out of the boiler. They contacted Vokera and they had to replace a part. Quality Renewables appeared the next day and put down beautiful flooring to compensate for the damaged carpet even although it was not their fault. I also took their maintenance plan which was a very reasonable price as domestic and general had upped their price to £57 a month. Thank you Quality Renewables for all your hard work. You will truly get a 5 star service from Quality Renewables. I got in touch with QR because I was sick of the treatment I got from those nationwide companies that offer so called boiler cover. The service was like night and day. Kevin Jnr was totally professional, super knowledgeable, responsive and trustworthy. He came up with a very reasonable quote to fit a new boiler. Thanks to the rip-off boiler cover people (Domestic & General) we 'd already spent 10 days without heating. So we went on holiday and left the house key with Kevin on the understanding he would fit the new boiler while we were away. I knew there would be complications with the installation. A new gas pipe had to be run from the meter, part of the drive had to lifted and various parts of the heating system had to be removed as they were no longer needed. So when the installation started and I was hearing nothing from home, I began to get nervous. I had no need to worry. After 2 days I got the message that the new system was installed and fully operational. Just in time for us coming home. I'm absolutely delighted. And when I got home I realized they had had more than just the issues mentioned above. My impression is they went through hoops to overcome the problems and made sure everything was done right. And best of all.. they are guys local to Inverclyde who are a 10 minute van ride away. So if anything goes wrong I'm totally confident Quality Renewables will have it fixed in no time.

They very quickly arranged a date for Kevin to come out and have a look at the system. He explained the faults he found and we arranged another date to allow for the parts to be ordered and the repairs carried out. Quality Renewables did a brilliant job with sorting the plumbing in my kitchen. They came round to give me a quote very quickly and managed to fit me in within a few days despite their busy schedule. It was quite an awkward job, but they managed to get it all done in one day. Kevin stayed in touch throughout the process to answer any questions and keep me updated. The end result was excellent and delivered exactly what I needed. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great service. Had a couple of taps needed fixing and they came out within 48 hours. Fast job, he had to go and grab some items to fix it, was back in under an hour and job done for a reasonable price. Def. would recommend 👍

Quality Renewables provide an efficient, reliable service. Both are experienced and knowledgeable, and I'd happily recommend them. They provide a high quality service at a fair cost. They're friendly and helpful and always try to accommodate you where they can.

No problems getting a quote from this outfit, it was a reasonable quote and they turned up and done what they had to do in a efficient and professional manner in the space of a day for some relatively complicated work. I have no issues with recommending this outfit to anyone I know and if required I'll use them again. I've had bad experiences with different domestic traders doing work in my house so I'm quite conscious of picking the right people for any future work and this wasn't one of my bad experiences, straight up professional guys and outfit.

I've relied on Kevin at Quality Renewables to maintain my electric combi boiler and central heating system since it was installed over ten years ago. He has carried out annual maintenance at a reasonable cost and there have been no difficulties over this whole period. I also find that it is easy to contact Quality Renewables outwith annual work. I had unanticipated problems with boiler valves this year due to other work being done in my home but I was able to contact Kevin who listened to my concerns and visited within a short time scale to carry out repairs which were immediately needed. He provided options for other work and returned to carry out the service I requested once parts had arrived. Kevin is effective in the job and is easy to have working in the house. I would recommend Quality Renewables to others.

Very happy with new boiler and the work done by Quality Renewables . The new boiler was ordered and fitted within a week . Great communication from Kevin with information about what was happening and dates and times when they would be carrying out the work . Quality Renewables carried out the work in our caravan and have also done our boiler and gas safety check. I have used this company for quite a few years. Kevin and his team are always in hand to support and assist where possible. Even when I moved out of the area and my Father had an issue with his boiler, I phoned Kevin for some help and over the phone with some discussion and trying different things, Kevin and I managed to get the boiler up and running again. The commitment, support and dedication from this team is fabulous. Nothing is too much of an issue. His work (replacement boiler) was and still is outstanding and his attention to detail to ensure that you get what you want is brilliant.
