Privett Electrical Services

Very happy with work carried out. New lighting in garden done very quickly and to a high standard. Good price and helpful information given.

Paddy has carried out electrical work for us for several years now.and he is always punctual, helpful and very professional in everything he does. Yesterday Paddy and Martin installed a ceiling fan for us in very hot unpleasant conditions which necessitated Martin having to crawl through the loft to create a secure fixing. The finished work looks great and adds to the list of excellent work Privett Electrical have done for us.

Highly recommended. Friendly, efficient, trustworthy, and a pleasure to deal with. Ensured that the work impacted as little as possible and tidied up carefully afterwards.A refreshing can-do attitude and good value for money. Great job thanks Paddy!

Work carried out as per estimate. A pleasure to deal with this company polite and courteous wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I came across Privett Electrical Services by a personal recommendation from a friend. The company have successfully completed two pieces of work for me and I am completely satisfied with their work. The staff are both pleasant and professional and I felt at ease having them in my home. I have since recommended the company to a friend.

Paddy came round to install some interior wall lights and then we asked him back to fit a porch light. Very pleased with both jobs. Would definitely use again and recommend.

I can highly recommend Privett Electrical Services. Having undertaken a full rewire of my property and the installation of a supply to my external garage the work is first class. All aspects of the work you require are explained in detail as is the cost of parts and labour. They are a punctual, friendly hard working team and having many years experience are on the customers side in discussing your requirements and completing the work on time and to a very high standard. They are now my "go to" elecrical service company.

We have been using Privett Electrical for many years. Great service, friendly and professional. What more can you ask for! Thank You

My mum's night storage heaters were not working. Patrick identified that the heaters are fine and that the problem is with the meter. He gave me advice on how to proceed with electric company. Would definitely recommend and would be my first port of call for the future.

Very prompt ,professional and friendly

Paddy has now done the safety certificate for both of our rental flats. He is sensible, practical, and gets on with it!! No dramas that you often get with electricians.....! Many thanks.

Have used Privett Electrical Services over a number of years and always find them to be personable, professional and work to a high standard. Price wise can’t fault either. Highly recommend.

Thank you Paddy and Martin….another job well done. They are quick, clean and very efficient. I have used them on several occasions and cannot fault them. 100% recommendation.

Paddy from Privett electrical...very quick response..helpful and reasonable prices...would recommend 👌

I would thoroughly recommend this company. Price quoted was very reasonable. They arrived on time and were very professional and courteous and did an excellent job. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

I contacted Paddy to do an EICR for a rental property I have, paddy was very quick in getting back to arrange an appointment with the tenant for the following week. Paddy picked up a few electrical issues which he dealt with straight away. I recieved my electrical certificate a couple of days later, wonderful to find someone reliable... I'm in no doubt I will use Paddy again. First class service!

Fantastic job done. All work done to a professional standard. Would always highly recommend them

The service was good and the work carried out properly and safely. Left the work area clean and tidy.

Fantastic service. Really friendly and reliable. Went over and above what was expected. Work carried out was first class. Would highly recommend.

It was an very good assessment and summary of the problem of the oven and hob. The kitchen was fixed but leaves me to consider the situation of rain issues that have increased in the garage that I need to think about over the Christmas break. Great thanks for your swift help in solving my difficulty.

This is our third time using Privett Electrical Services in recent years. The latest job was fitting an extra double socket in our living room. Paddy and Martin are always professional, with excellent communication. They arrive on time, are courteous, work tidily and the work has always been to a high standard, which is why we keep coming back. I highly recommend Privett Electrical Services for any kind of electrical job.

Very good service and very quickly done. Used before and will again. Thanks Paddy.

A very good job done today, after other electricians did a bad job and wouldn’t come back. We trust Patrick and company with are electrics.

Very professional, work was exceptional and fairly priced when finished always left tidy would highly recommend

Paddy and Martin are always reliable, polite, professional and knowledgeable. Once again, a fabulous job. Fixed an electrical towel rail and made it safe. Thank you.

Privett Electrical Sevices have once again done an excellent job for me fitting a new electric shower, Prompt, clean, I have used Patrick's services many times and have always been very happy with the service and results.

We have used Paddy and Martin at Privett Electrical for several jobs at our home in Fareham and our rental property in Southampton. We highly recommend the duo for their excellent work and communications throughout the process . Their costs , which are very reasonable, are always provided in advance and nothing is too much trouble for them .

We used Privett for our housing electrics, we were under the assumption we needed much more done and paddy informed us we only needed certain aspects done. Other electricians may have told us we needed all the work doing and charged us accordingly but paddy was honest and helpful. Him and martin were brilliant, did everything we asked, offered advice and gave honest opinions of what we were asking. Both we funny and polite to chat to, always left the work space clean and tidy and all the work came in on budget. Paddy was always quick to respond via email aswell We will always call them for any future electrical services we need.

Great job! Paddy and Martin were very friendly and tidy. I will definitely use them again!

Just the best for electrics!

Patrick has sorted out the electrical issues I had really well I’m so impressed and he did it in a good time.

I was impressed with how prompt they were and the alarm has stopped bleeping and the dog has stopped barking her head off! I was given the next expiry dates for the alarms and it has been sorted. He was friendly and a nice worker that did the job well. Even on the ladder that looked well scary!

Patrick was a courteous and profesional man and together with his mate Martin was in and out in no time. This is the second time they have worked for us. I have a knowlege of electrics but I am too old to climb steps. So its nice to find people that do not fuss about things.

Privett Electrical Services are always my first choice whenever any electrical work needs completing. I have been using the company for about six years. All work is always completed to a high standard, Paddy and Martin are both professional and courteous. Work area is always left clean and tidy and no job is too big, too small or too much trouble, often making themselves available at short notice. Excellent work and more than happy to recommend to anyone with an electrical issue. Thanks boys, you rock!

Brilliant service and great quotes. Very thorough and polite.

Privett Electrical Services EICR certificate & replacement of time expired smoke alarms. Work was carried out on a large HMO to do legally required certification work. Paddy & Martin are very competant & professional electricians who do all of the electrical work on the house for me. They turned up as planned & on time. They worked diligently through the job, made no mess & relabelled the distribution board reflecting the way the house was actually wired following previous issues (present since the house was built!). EICR certificate issued that day & the smoke alarms replaced as requested. I asked them to look at a dimmer switch too & they sorted that out whilst they were there. Costs were very reasonable & they provide a very reliabe service. Very happy to recommend :-)

Thank you Paddy and Martin for doing an excellent job. On time, efficient and courteous. Highly recommended

Paddy and Martin were as professional, efficient, knowledgeable as ever. They came to have a look at the work we wanted doing, gave us options and prices to go with those options. Choices were confirmed and they arrived promptly on the day agreed. They kept us updated with the work they were doing and were incredibly tidy. Such a professional team, very reasonably priced, as well as friendly, polite and seemed to care about their work and us, the customer. I have used them before, with my parents and again they went over and above to help. Brilliant company and workmanship. Would recommend them time and time again and will certainly be using them in the future. Chrissie, Locks Heath
