Dual Electrical Services

Dual came in to do rewiring/electrical work in our house. Great reliable team and work completed to very high standard.

Highly recommend Dual Electrical Services we had electrical work done by Steven who was really easy to communicate with. He suggested very interesting ideas and carried out excellent workmanship.

Great service by derek and his team did the job professionally, with a reasonable price, explained all work and completed on time as quoted

Pleasure to have Derek and his team at Duel Electrical Services install out Solar and battery system. From my first contact with Derek I found him very knowledgeable with his advice. Our system was fitted over a 3 day period by his polite and professional team. Derek spent time running over the system and app’s and has kept in touch to make sure we have no issues. I would highly recommend Duel if you are thinking of a solar/battery system.

I can't recommend Dual Electrical Services highly enough. From start to finish, the team was professional, reliable, and a pleasure to deal with. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the work to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail, quality of workmanship, and friendly approach really stood out. It's refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in doing the job properly. If you're looking for trustworthy electricians who deliver excellent service and great results, Dual Electrical Services are the ones to call. I'll definitely be using them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Excellent from start to finish. The Dual team were professional, efficient and tidy in their work. Didn't oversell to us and gave us the system that worked best for us, using the best quality kit. Very happy.

Fantastic Electrical company. Extremely professional in all work carried out. Steve & Derek are so knowledgeable and provide great customer service. All his staff are very meticulous about what they do, timekeeping is excellent. Always a pleasure dealing with this company in all electrical aspects👏👏

Great service from Dual Electrical Services. Expertly planned, installed and commissioned my solar and charging point along side other works going on in my house refurbishment. Steven and Derrick took plenty time to make sure everything was correct and explained all processes. The storage and Inverter installation is neat and tidy and appears to be working well. Car has now been added and is workjng a treat. Just need to finish the configuration with Octopus to get the best tarriff for my configuration. Cant recommend Dual highly enough and a great price for ghe complete package.

Excellent. 10/10. Would highly recommend and wish I had known about them sooner for previous installations

1st class service from start to finish , very friendly and responsive when dealing with issues . Would highly recommend them and will definitely use again . Thanks again Derek for your patience and support in getting me online.

From the start of the process to the continued support Derek and Steve were/are brilliant. As a total novice Derek took time to explain the process of fitting and using solar. He even took time to explain the export process and what we would do to get the best tariff. Derek and Steve were prompt, thorough, and incredibly respectful of our house and even the barking dogs. We had guests staying whilst the installation was happening, and they have a child with some challenges but all of the team were great dealing with our complicated situation with sensitivity and kindness. As for the follow up Derek has checked in with how things are going and been at the end of a WhatsApp when I had a question. We are so glad we chose them and could not recommend them highly enough.

Derek and the boys were fantastic. Easy to talk to and very professional in their workmanship. Even taking the time to go through the app setup and explaining everything with the additional support should I need it. I can’t fault Dual and wholeheartedly recommend their services. If you’re thinking solar, get Dual.

Had the guys in from Dual Electrical services in to install our EV charger. They were extremly friendly, reasonably priced and left a neat and tidy job. I would highly recommend this company.

The service was great and the guys were realy friendly and asked us exactly how we wanted the job done and that's exactly what they did most impressed with the detail and the cost .

We have had a few jobs done in our home from Dual electrical and cannot fault their work and customer service. Their prices were really great as well and turned up when they said they would. Would highly recommend them for any electrical works

Great company who deliver exactly what say. The staff are very professional and delivered a first class installation. The whole process was very thorough and each step explained in detail. Cannot praise them enough. Fantastic job from all especially Derek & Steven who managed it throughout.

Derek and his team done a great job installing all the electrics and solar panel system at our new home. Nothing was a problem and they were very efficient.

Fantastic team, excellent work done quickly and smoothly!

Excellent service and work carried out by these guys. I can highly recommend them.

Had solar panels and battery installed with some other electrical work and have nothing but praise for dual electrics - WHAT AN EXCELLENT job and what professional men they all were. Derek is magic, as was everyone...Recommend Dual Electrics highly!! Fantastic Job!!

The quality from the system to the installation was fantastic. Would recommend any day of installation of Photovoltaic Panels and battery.

Very good electricians. Very knowledgeable and are good at offering up better solutions for things. Would defo recommend

Dual Electrical have carried out several Solar PV installations for me, as well as other electrical works on renovations and newbuild projects. I would highly recommend Dual Electrical as their standard of work is excellent, at reasonable rates.

On building our new new home, we commissioned Dual Electrical first to give micro generation options, then to install and commission the necessary equipment. The communication throughout has been outstanding, the technical specification and offer was clear and the pricing fair. For the agreed sum, we now have a system which has been installed superbly, which works flawlessly and have absolute confidence in this company to provide us with information which squeezes out every last kilowatt hour. Top supplier. Recommended without reservation

Great service. Would highly recommend as they did a neat job installing my EV chargers and were very patient with me explaining how to use them.

Expert knowledge great customer service

Great work fitting solar on our garage and a number of small jobs around our house. The guys are exceptionally professional leaving the place spotless before and after the work. Thank you

Derek and his team were consummate professionals - from the initial explanation of the benefits of solar panels, to guiding us in funding sources and the installation itself, they were always transparent and precise. They finished the job quickly and were a pleasure to have with us for a few days! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thanks guys!

Quality and fast installation. Excellent after sales help too

Derek has worked with us for over ten years renovating a farm house in Perthshire. His work has been first class, he’s reliable and full of expertise and knowledge. He always goes above and beyond what he invoices for and has become someone we rely on heavily to keep us right - especially with the cost of living rocketing. We’d be lost without him.

Derek and his experienced team have created and executed some impressive work both in my garden and home. They installed a huge amount of varied lighting throughout an established garden with not a cable to be seen. The results are stunning. Indoors some new tech was fitted with barely a moment of disruption. Having used them on three projects now, I cannot fault the company and recommend them without reservation.

Dual Electrical services installed solar panels and Battery system recently after they were recommend and I can highly recommend the guys. They have also been very helpful with all my daft questions. We also used them to replace lighting and fit smoke alarms in our warehouse. Thanks guys keep up the good work.

Derek, Stephen and the team were brilliant, they took extra time to ensure the job was done correctly and that it was as aesthetically pleasing as well as functional. I cannot praise them highly enough and would happily recommend them to others.

Great business and really knowledgeable staff. They give good advice which is best for the customer and not necessarily the most profitable to them. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for electrical work at a proper price.

Really pleased with all the electrical work Derek has provided for us over the years. Reasonably priced and gets the job done when he says he will with minimum fuss and disruption. Highly recommended.

Dual Electrical Services have just completed all the electrical work in our new build house. From start to finish each and every one of their staff were very friendly, accommodating and did a thorough professional job. They installed solar panels with battery support, did the wiring to connect and control our ASHP and underfloor heating as well as all the usual lighting. Plug points and switches. With the nature of the work which had to accommodate several other trades too they were on site multiple times (and on time) and extremely tidy. I cannot recommend them highly enough having worked with various building trades for the past 43 years. Finally their costs represented excellent value for money. Ken Burrell

Derek and Steven were a pleasure to work with - from initial inquiry right through to installation and beyond. They ensured we knew exactly what was happening and when, and also took us through the app so that we knew how to monitor our usage. Definitely a 5-star service, would highly recommend.

We had an exceptional experience with Dual Electrical. They came to fit Solar PV and Battery storage. We found that they went above and beyond our expectations for the installation, every member of the team was polite and worked highly effectively through the house and outside. We also found that they left the areas they worked in, in better nick than they were! Initially, they were not pushy or demanding during the quote phase, and really helped us understand exactly what the process would look like from start to finish, as well as how our system will actually work. This gave us confidence in their abilities and training, and were even more confident in that with the complete system in our house now. The scaffolding team were funny and efficient at their work, getting up and down within a day to fit all of our panels. We were quoted about 1 - 1 1/2 months for the whole process from start to completion and DE worked well within that timeline to get our system ordered, installed and running. It took 2 days to fit panels and install the battery storage. We barely noticed them in the house to be honest. I'm not the easiest client, I have 500 questions about the entire process. Not once did they make me feel bad or moronic for my many questions, they answered them all and helped to develop my understanding. I've found that they don't covet knowledge, they are more than happy to walk you through their complex work without making you feel small. Derek also went beyond our expectations, we had an issue with a smart meter installation from Scottish power after the panels went up, they damaged one of the wires. Messaged Derek about it and lone behold, he had already been monitoring the system and noticed there was an issue. He came round that same week and fixed everything for us. He then continued to monitor the system to make sure things were well in order. You cant put a price on that kind of work, care and attention to detail, these guys genuinely know what they are doing and enjoy their work. We'll be clients for life after our experience with them. Just offer them a wee cuppa tea, kick back and they'll do the rest.

Friendly, professional, good quality trusted tradesman. Would definitely recommend. Excellent work to a great standard

I have used this company a few times now and they are very reliable and do a really top job. Having had some comparable quotes I would say they are also very competitive on pricing and happy to figure out cheaper solutions if possible. Highly recommend.

Derek and his team installed a solar system late last year the work was carried out effectively and with absolutely no disruption. They were helpful and communicated well right from quote through to commissioning.all in all I have found the whole experience stess free and am now enjoying Mt reduced energy bills
