Switch Electrical

We contacted Ethan in the morning/afternoon after encountering an issue with our electrics on the landing and bathroom due to some DIY work while installing a light fitting. Ethan was incredibly polite over the phone, clearly explained the pricing upfront, and confirmed he could come out the same day. He arrived right on time, was very professional, polite, and clearly knowledgeable. Impressively, he identified and fixed the issue in about 10 minutes! Ethan also ensured everything was left spotless after the work was completed. We’ve already recommended him to others and have since used his services for additional projects. I’ll be leaving another review with photos soon. Highly recommended!

Ethan was brilliant. Very informative, knew his stuff inside and out. The Tesla charger was installed and connected within a day. Very tidy, cleaned up afterwards and just cracked on with his work. Top guy and would highly recommend

Excellent service… Ethan is friendly, goes the extra mile to sort things out and highly skilled

Ethan did electrical work for us on our kitchen renovation his communication all the way through was great. Very thorough with an itemised quote wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. His work was excellent top quality. Pleasure to do business with him.

Ethan carried out an EICR. Was very professional and competitively priced. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service. Prompt, polite, efficient. Very professional, and fair and transparent pricing. Will definitely use again for further electrical works. Very trustworthy

I had a problem that needed urgent attention and Ethan was more than happy to talk to me to advise me on the most appropriate steps, whereas others didn't even return my enquiries/ calls. After speaking with Ethan, I had no doubts he was the man for the job. A date was quickly confirmed with Ethan sorting the wall pod installation out for me. Great comms, superb customer service and what can I say about the attention to detail and finish quality? Of the highest standard. A big thanks Ethan, without your help, I would have been stuck with an expensive problem. Great guy with a great ethos and I wish you all the best. Will definitely be in touch for any future works Ps whilst in site, Ethan, without charging me, sorted and issue with my video doorbell.

Ethan is very reliable, turns up when he says he’s going to, responds to messages, professional, excellent standard of work and cleans up! He provides all the necessary certification. Really great to know such a good, reliable electrician.

Ethan was very tidy, very professional, courteous and kept us informed at every stage of the installation. He is highly recommend and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

I live in London but have rental property in Nottingham. I needed some work to replace down lights and bathroom heater that didn’t comply with regulations. Ethan was very efficient, giving a reasonable quote, work was done on time and the paperwork , certifications given immediately. I was very impressed, would definitely use him again and recommend him.

I would strongly recommend Ethan. He is incredibly polite, friendly and reliable. Ethan was professional, punctual and delivered exactly what he promised to deliver. Ethan worked tirelessly and in dreadful weather to take electricity and the internet via an Ethernet cable from our fuse box in our garage to our new garden room at the top of our garden. We can’t wait to work with Ethan again in the near future.

Ethan was very professional, friendly and helpful. He completed the works as planned and guranteed the works. I will be using him again for the next job already planned and would definitely recommend his services.

Ethan delivered a great service - he came to install lights but quickly uncovered issues with my 20 year old fuse box and made recommendations that included a number of options for me. He also ended up fixing my bathroom lights which weren’t fit for purpose for little extra cost. My house looks much brighter as a result!

Can't recommend Ethan highly enough. Great service and supurb communication. Highly skilled and reliable A+++

Ethan carried out PAT Testing of items I use for work. He arrived on time and was very pleasant and got on with the task in hand. A good job done and good value. Would be happy to use again.

Ethan came recommended by a friend and we're glad we found him, will definitely be using again. Really friendly, helpful, very professional and reliable and did various jobs for us. Would highly recommend.

Professional, efficient, friendly and helpful. Ethan demonstrated fantastic skills, installed completely new circuit for my shed, finished the project within the planned period of time and guaranteed his work. Firstly, he came around in order to make a free quote. He suggested a few options, based on his great experience, and gave me fairly priced quote. After we agreed a time, he came and did the work within the promised period, checked not only the new circuit but the whole panel, and made sure everything is working and is safe. I am really happy with his work and grateful for his high ethics. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone.

Ethan was a polite young man, kept me informed and did an excellent job, very pleased and would highly recommend

Highly recommend. 2 outdoor sockets fitted, as soon as he could fit us in. Arrived on time and did a great job.

Absolutely fantastic, would highly recommend. Polite, professional and reliable. We would not hesitate to use Switch electrical again. Many thanks Ethan. Alex and Natalie.

We used Switch Electrical for several electrical jobs around the house. Ethan was a very nice and polite young man and very thorough. I would say he went above and beyond to solve a problem we had. He also had to chanal and drill through walls. When he had finished he cleaned up after himself you wouldn't have known he had been there. Not like some workmen. I'm certain that if we need any further electoral work done he will be the one to call. I would most definitely recommend him without a doubt.

We hired Ethan to do extensive wiring and lighting upgrades to our Grade II-listed property (a stable conversion) and couldn't be happier with his work. He replaced our main distribution panel, installed upgraded interior and exterior lighting, chased new cabling (both interior and exterior), and tidied or replaced sockets throughout the house. I was particularly impressed by his punctuality, his meticulous planning, his tidiness, and his ability to coordinate with other contractors, such as our builder and decorator. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for any electrical job, particularly on heritage properties. We'll definitely be using this firm again for any work we need doing in the future.

I approached switch electrical with a custom request after seeing their skateboard light to see if they could do a snowboard light. They did this super quick and made sure I was happy with each stage. So pleased with my light thankyou so much 🙂

Ethan installed Hive and wired-up our emersion heater. He provided a professional and swift service. I would recommend and will use again.

Would highly recommend Switch electrical. Ethan was extremely professional and completed the work to a very high standard. We would certainly use Ethan for any other electrical work we require.

Really reliable, professional, good value for money, super friendly and did a great job installing new electrics, lighting and mirror in new shower room. Gave some really good advice on options available for shaving point mirrors and wasn't phased by the state of the loft! Would definitely recommend. Thank you :)

We couldn’t fault Ethan’s standard of work and professionalism. He was always on site when he said he would be, was always available for advice and was more than willing to co-ordinate with other trades in order to ensure the project ran smoothly. I would thoroughly recommend Ethan for any electrical work and will certainly be using his services again in the future.

Ethan came and fitted some spot lights for us and installed a dimmer switch. He was very professional and communicated well throughout. The spotlights look great. He also cleaned up well afterwards. Would definitely use his services again.

Ethan was efficient and excellent value! He was on time and kept me posted regarding his estimated time of arrival. He just got on with the job. Other tradesmen on site were impressed with his work ethic and how polite he was! Great job. Have recommended him already.
