We contacted JPA Electrical after seeing their details recommended by several satisfied customers in a local Facebook group. Having returned home from holiday yesterday, we discovered that a leak from our bathroom had caused significant damage, including the collapse of part of our kitchen ceiling. With light fittings and electrical sockets affected, we had no choice but to isolate the electricity to the kitchen until the system could be checked and made safe. As a large family, we were understandably keen to get everything up and running again as quickly as possible. I called JPA Electrical mid-morning today and, despite what was clearly a busy schedule, they were able to arrange for someone to visit at the end of the working day. Ollie arrived exactly when expected, was friendly, professional and reassuring throughout, and carried out an extremely thorough inspection. He proactively offered to relocate a light fitting that was precariously close to the collapsed section of ceiling and also checked an electrical fitting in an area we had not realised had been affected. Thankfully, he discovered that the socket was completely soaked through, potentially saving us from anything from a tripped circuit to a much more serious electrical hazard. All of this was carried out while being observed by our seven children, including a very inquisitive three-year-old who wanted to know exactly what was happening at every stage. Ollie was remarkably patient, kind and engaging with him, which certainly did not go unnoticed. We were all impressed not only by his technical expertise but also by his professionalism and work ethic. The invoice was sent promptly after the work was completed and matched the quote we had been given over the phone. From start to finish, the service we received was exceptional. We would have no hesitation in recommending JPA Electrical to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy electrician, and we will certainly be keeping their number close to hand should we ever need electrical assistance again.
Joe recently completed multiple jobs at my flat from installing plug sockets to installing a electrical vehicle charger that came with its complications but Joe was able to to overcome and completed all the works. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with and his work is flawless. I will certainly be using his services for all future electrical works
