EDIT: Couple of things I wanted to note following the reply below which paints a far nicer picture than the truth. 1. "Did my best to communicate and rearrange a time" - they didn't. On the three occasions they were meant to turn up, they did not call or text to let me know. The only conversation after was initiated by me asking where they were. They didn't even apologise the first time, or acknowledge / respond to the third. 2. They never mentioned they were on holiday, simply said they were busy and wouldn't be available until the 5th, which I was more than happy to oblige. 3. They don't even note the third attempt of a visit below. They have not responded to my text either (again, asking where they were after they promised to show) - obviously easier to get in contact with them via Google reviews than text. So not sure I believe the promises made below about making it right. No chance I'm giving them a fourth chance, and I'd read between the lines of their reply, as it seems to be mainly them trying to save face! I've attached photos of the messages for the avoidance of doubt. Long story short: waited two weeks for an appointment, then didn't show up three times in a row, with no texts / calls or meaningful apologies. Requested a quote through Checkatrade. Bailey swiftly got in contact, said they would love to help, but it would take them two weeks to get to us as very busy. Not a problem. Arranged a date and time for two weeks time. I messaged asking if they needed any photos or information ahead of the visit, no reply. On the visit date, they did not turn up, they did not text or call with any warning either. Rearranged for the following week, these things happen. Once again, they did not turn up, or provide any warning of not attending. They eventually sent a reply saying they only just got signal again and were caught up in another job and apologised. Ok, thought I'd give one last chance, asked them to confirm they would turn up the next day, given lots of assurances they would - then once again, didn't show up, call or text. And haven't replied to latest message either. Bit of a joke, incredibly unreliable based on this and wouldn't recommend using them at all!
