We have used Airtech for 4 years now and they consistently deliver a great service. We recently experienced an issue which stopped our heating from working (in Jan). Airtech firstly tried to talk me through a potential fix on the phone. When this hadn't worked, they arranged a visit on Friday afternoon within a few hours notice to ensure we had heating through the weekend. Dan showed up, identified and fixed the problem within the hour. Heating came back on. All done with a smile. Great service. Rory

Airtech installed our air source heat pump system and have maintained it annually for the past six years without any problems.

Airtech recently fixed my Heatstar swimming pool AHU, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and got the system back up and running perfectly. The team was professional, friendly, and easy to deal with from start to finish. Very impressed with Airtech. I will keep this short and sweet from the first impression visiting the show room late evening they stayed open they explained everything in the show room from aircon boilers heat pumps grills ventilation different styles of units the list goes on ohh and a live demonstration of there building services which was serving the hot water and giving heating to the building. No one takes the time to say thank you these days... but I thought I would take 2 minutes just to do exactly that. I moved to a new house last year with a Daikin system installed that didn't work quite properly, and the original installers always seemed unreliable or unaccessible, So, this year when I had some system issues of electrical damage to my main Air Source Heat pump, I thought I would find a more reliable solution . AirTech was it ! The company has worked with me to rectify and service my system, and now I feel it's in safe hands. An engineer always comes when they say they will, deal with the issue in a professional, friendly and clean and tidy manner. Sebastian is fantastic, he's been a pleasure to have at my home and his knowledge and care is first rate. He's a real credit to the team. The other person who has been an absolute "Tour De Force" is Joanna! She is amazing, friendly, polite, helpful and worked tirelessly to get a niggle with my system resolved. She is a genuine pleasure to deal with. Ollie From Airtech is a very polite gentleman from start to finish. I needed my hose on the back of my air con unit to be fixed & Ollie came to visit in good time. Ollie was very understanding & friendly to talk to, he not only fixed my air con but took his time to help me with any other questions about my air con. Good reliable service

AirTech are a first class, professional company, who put service, integrity, and professionalism at the heart of what they do. Their engineer Dan who visited our property was courteous and clearly an expert at what he does. He took the time to explain exactly what had gone wrong with our system, and what he did to fix it. He had a real ‘can do’ approach to his work and was a superb representative for his company. In all respects I cannot speak more highly of this company - the positive, cheery manner from reception to the accounts department, and Paula who somehow managed to squeeze me in when I was in a bit of a jam. I won’t be going anywhere else in future. I can’t recommend them highly enough. If you want to experience value for money and plain old-fashioned excellent service - give AirTech a call!

My aircon install was a bit unusual as it spanned over 2 years and yet the installers worked around this no problem. They were extremely helpful in planning pipe runs and choosing suitable locations for the indoor units. They worked very efficiently and got everything installed and working perfectly. One of the best companies I have worked with in my multi year building project, highly recommended.

Really great service from the initial call, booking process to both technicians on the day. Very professional. Care taken in the property. Both clearly very knowledgeable with experience. Start to finish was a very easy process. Not always the case with general household maintenance/repairs! Needless to say, would recommend without hesitation and will be using again.

Philip is an absolute gentlemen. I rang up to find out about all the latest green possibilties for our new build. Philip came across as very honest: he gave the disadvantages, real warts and all and even talked me out of some very expensive fads I was hoping for, contrary to his own interests, as being unsuitable for what we are looking to achieve. It is a shame that more people aren't like Airtech. You can be sure I'll be coming back to them when I have rethought my plans as he gives honest advice from the customer perspective, not the hard sell

Airtech designed and installed a very complicated and high powered air conditioning system for one of our luxury residential projects in Belgravia and we found the experience to be very positive. Philip was on hand to assist with the initial design stage and all the way through to installation on site. He and his team ensured that they coordinated their work with the architects by providing technical drawings that could be incorporated into the design scheme to ensure everything could be considered before construction. We look forward to working with Airtech again in the future as they offered a very high level of service and communication.

Joe and his team were great from the start with the quote to the finish. Joe listened to our requests and what we wanted from the ac and helped us choose the suitable unit for us. Thank you to Ollie who went above and beyond on Wednesday to make sure my air conditioning was ready for the summer. He took apart the unit and took all the components outside to be cleaned. Airtech have serviced our complex Air Heat Source Pump system for almost 10 years. The service, attention to detail, friendliness, and efficiency has been excellent throughout. The system provides all our heating and hot water. We have no gas. A well-deserved 5 stars. Highly recommended.

We had air conditioning units installed 18 months ago, mainly within bedroom areas. Firstly, the units used to make gargling sounds Waking everybody up at night. After months of irresponsiveness, we had an engineer sent around to tell us it might be a sensor issue. Fast forward six months and several phone calls/ emails we finally had the sensor replaced, only to find out that everything was back to lots of gargling sounds in the middle of the night this summer. Several phone calls, emails and engineer visits later, we finally had the pump exchanged only to find we now have a constant humming noise akin to a washing machine on a spin cycle in the room beside all the way through the night. We reported it to AirTech and all were made to feel like is like a bunch of amateurs who don’t know what we’re talking about. Oh did I mention that our walls went mouldy due to a leak/ sloppy installation which also took months to rectify. Do not recommend and still looking for a solution.

Engineer was late but did a good job once he arrived!

I bought a portable unit and it is wonderful. I can sleep at night without waking up sweating hot.

Airtech recently carried out a preventative maintenance on my air conditioning. The engineers that arrived were on time, tidy and respectful. They took all of the dirty items outside and throughly washed it with cleaning chemicals that were non toxic as I had animals in the house. I highly recommend Airtech and have passed there details onto a few friends.

Airtech installed a new Daikin 3-way multisplit system at my property. The job was excellent from start to finish. Before starting, the MD Philip did a very thorough site survey himself, going over every detail with me carefully. Then he brought his engineer to plan the pipe and cable runs, and size the equipment etc. The actual installation took only two days, and was done to a very high standard. I don't often write reviews, but it was clear to me that Airtech were a company that cares deeply about the quality of work they do, and enjoy their work. Strongly recommend this firm.

I would like to thank Phillip and his team for all the help and support over the last 10 years . Our recent replacement of two walk in freezers and a large walk fridge was completed quickly and to a high standard. The engineers worked well around our busy factory operations ,leaving our site clean and tidy ready for work.
