I recently had 17 solar panels and an EcoFlow 10kWh battery system installed at my home by EIT, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From the initial consultation through to installation and after-sales support, Craig and the team have been outstanding. I spent considerable time comparing providers, but it quickly became clear that EIT were focused on delivering the right solution for my needs rather than simply making a sale. In contrast, one local competitor used high-pressure sales tactics, claiming I only had four days to make a decision before their pricing would change. Craig’s approach was completely different. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions without any pressure, and remained readily available whenever I needed further clarification. The installation team were equally impressive. They arrived on time, worked professionally throughout, and left everything clean and tidy. Before leaving, they took the time to explain the system in detail and ensured I was comfortable with its operation. The level of after-sales service has also been exceptional, with every question answered promptly and helpfully. Nothing has been too much trouble. I would highly recommend EIT to anyone considering solar energy. We are delighted with our investment and, since the system was installed last week, we have not needed to use any electricity from the grid. Thank you to Craig and the entire EIT team for such a first-class service.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Craig provided me a quote and spoke through the process and what to expect by installing a solar system and battery. He answered any questions I had and made amendments quickly. At no time was there any pressure which wasn't the case with all quotes I received. The installation itself was incredibly well done. All the team from EIT were very polite and professional and went about the work diligently cleaning up afterwards. They were happy to answer any questions and the installation was trouble free. I was also given a good demonstration of the app and the functionality of the system. I am delighted with the system which is running exceptionally well and would recommend EIT to anyone considering getting solar and battery storage.

Can’t say enough about the professionalism, team work and standard of workmanship by the EIT guys who installed a solar and battery set up at my home. These guys get on so well, which is reflected in the quality of workmanship achieved. Super knowledgeable and helpful from assessment, to install, to after care. Special shout out to Ellis who climbed into dark and itchy places to hide cables from view!! Would recommend EIT to anyone seeking quality, and trustworthy workmanship.
