Jefferson Electrical Ltd is described by several reviewers as having helpful and friendly staff. One reviewer says the work was very fast and efficient, and another called the service very professional with a good all-round service. One reviewer reported that light bulbs and a strip light were sorted out with no trouble. However, one reviewer said they contacted the company several times and were promised callbacks that never came, and felt they were picking and choosing jobs.

Very helpful staff!
Very fast and efficient
Friendly staff, made to feel welcome, thank you.
Contacted this company several times and was promised each time that someone will get back to me, but noone did. Even if they are that busy, I would have expected a call back as the least that a caring company will do, even if only out of courtesy!!! It looks like they're picking and choosing which jobs they take. I would give a zero star if I could!
