I’m a single mum with two teenage daughters and was quite stressed about getting a whole new heating system, but Arnie’s Plumbing Services were brilliant from start to finish. I left them a key and they just got on with the job — no hassle at all. They were clean, tidy, and really respectful of our home. They took the time to explain everything clearly they were really patient and knowledgeable, which made a big difference. The new air source heat pump is working great and we’ve already noticed the difference. I’m really happy with the whole process and would definitely recommend them.

Arnie and his son, Eddie are communicative, efficient, economical and very professional. They clearly presented my options and advised me on the best course of action to take. I would unhesitatingly recommend them, they managed to turn a mundane process into a pleasant experience for me 👍

Arnie was our plumber pre-pandemic, and we were both deeply depressed when he moved abroad, because it had already taken us a very long time to find a decent plumber round here, so we knew what we were in for when he left... In the past few years, multiple other plumbers have turned up, knowing exactly what they were quoting for and they never EVER bother to ring back. It wasn't just small jobs either - we need a new boiler too! After number FIFTEEN failed to turn up at all, my other half was scrolling hopelessly through the GasSafe website and saw Arnie was back - she actually let out a little shriek of delight! 36 hrs later we have 2 flushing toilets for the first time in years! He's reliable, reasonable, funny, and keen to repair rather than replace if possible, which is great for financial and environmental reasons. We are extremely happy that he's back!

What really stood out was how friendly and easy to work with they were—nothing felt rushed or overlooked. Their attention to detail and the care they put into the job was impressive.
