Powerhive Electrical

Excellent job completed today. On time, very professional and cleaned up on completion, would highly recommend.

Kacper contacted me in advance of arriving to say he was 5 minutes away. A lovely, friendly and knowledgeable young man got to work straightaway. He diagnosed the problems with the lights in the bathroom and the kitchen. Both problems were rectified at the time of the visit. Everything left clean and tidy. I’m now planning to change light fittings in the house and won’t hesitate to have Kacper or Shelly back. Highly recommended! A++

Pleasant, punctual and easy to deal with, kept us well informed from start to finish. Will use Shelly and the team again.

Brilliant customer experience here with Powerhive. Fantastic job complete on new plug socket, new lights and fixtures and extractor fan replacement, will be using you guys again in the future 👍🏽😎. Finally, really enjoyed the banter with Kasper and Shelly.

Shelly demonstrated a high level of professionalism and friendliness. She answered all my questions patiently and delivered an excellent service. Thank you!

Very pleased with today’s work having an Anderson EV charger installed. Prompt tidy job and grateful for the patience and expertise answering all my questions. No hesitancy in recommending the Powerhive team.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Shelly & Kacper highly enough. From start to finish, the service was absolutely outstanding. They both arrived exactly on time (we had two separate appointments) which was a great first impression, both were polite, friendly, and very respectful of our home throughout. The work carried out was A*—everything was done to a really high standard, and you can tell they take real pride in what they do. What really stood out to me was how clean and tidy they left everything afterwards, which hasn’t always been my experience with other electricians. It’s such a relief to finally find reliable, professional electricians who genuinely care about their work and their customers. I’ll definitely be using them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Absolutely brilliant!

Absolutely amazing guys , did a outstanding job and very polite professional , absolutely reccomend this company to anyone who wants any electrical work , they are both super amazing people and wil deffo send work there way

We recently hired Shelly and her colleague Casper for a substantial electrical project, and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. From the very first quote to the completion of the work, they were punctual, professional, and incredibly easy to deal with. What really impressed us was how well they listened. We had a specific vision for how we wanted our setup, and Shelly took the time to understand everything, delivering exactly what we wanted—and more. The quality of the work is fantastic; their attention to detail is second to none. The conduit work is done to a very high standard—extremely neat and tidy, which we really appreciate. They installed a new consumer unit for us, ensuring it was the specific model we wanted, and installed it exactly how we requested. Furthermore, they expertly installed an EV charger onto our detached garage, running the cabling perfectly. Shelly and Casper left the site clean and tidy, and their communication throughout was excellent. We are very happy with the work and would not hesitate to use them again for any future projects. If you need a reliable, high-quality electrician, look no further! Thank you, Shelly and Casper!

I contacted Shelly to quote for a replacement consumer panel in my garage. She arrived as arranged, took a look, and sent me a quote setting out all the costs of labour and materials. We arranged a date a few weeks later for Kacper to come and do the install. He arrived on time and was a pleasure to deal with. Very skilled, worked hard. Answered my questions without rolling his eyes or making me feel like a fool. He worked all day and did a very neat job. I'd happily have him back to do any future installation work.

I have had Shelley do quite a lot of work at very reasonable prices. Really impressed. I am kept informed of progress, work is done to an extremely high standard. Shelley is professional, respectful of my home and it was a pleasure to have her here. I thoroughly recommend Shelley for your electrical work

Had a rewiring done and an extractor fan. Both times, punctual, honest and most of all a good job 👍🏼

We have used Powerhive Electrical a couple of times now, and have another job booked in already. She explains everything clearly, keeps things tidy, and genuinely cares about doing a good job. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy electrician!

Lights failed after I attempted to change a fitting. Able to find the fault and fix on the same day

Great communication via WhatsApp and in person . Both friendly and professional .Answered my questions to help us make choices, as not done these type of works before . Tidied up after work completed. Thank you 😊

It has only taken me 20 years to find the best electricians (Powerhive Electrical). Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, attention to detail and super nice to deal with. I cannot fault them.

Great customer service and quick turnaround from Shelly at Powerhive Electrical, also completed an inspection of the consumer unit and wired an external socket following the electrical fault.

I can’t recommend Shelley and Kasper Highly enough… Communication is five star… Have always arrived exactly on time… Very clean and tidy and efficient … they’ve always done a really good job.. quotes have always been priced fairly and super friendly

Ive used Powerhive Electrical on numerous occasions, Shelly has always turned up on time and done a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them.

This must be the sixth or seventh time I have used Powerhive and, as per usual, they were fantastic. What’s good: Clear and easy communication to book an appointment, always turn up on time, review what needs doing before starting, offer cost saving suggestions, work quietly and diligently, check before turning power off, clean up after themselves so you wouldn’t know that they had been there and always super polite. What’s bad: Nothing Thanks to Shelley and Kacper

Brilliant, over the moon with everything they have done for us.

Great work. Asked for a quote for moving some bathroom switches and job was completed at a good price a week later. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you

Efficient and friendly service.

Shelly and her team are always quick to respond and do a really good job. We have never been disappointed and will continue to use for all of our electrics.

Fast responsive service at a fair price

I telephoned Shelly when an electrical problem arose late one afternoon. She dropped everything and was here within an hour. She fixed the problem very quickly as I was in a panic. She had previously done work for my mum and is always trustworthy, professional, friendly , caring and understanding so I didn't hesitate to call her.She will be doing more work for me in the future. If you need any electrical work , give powerhive a call, I cannot recommend them enough, you won't be dissapointed.

Recently, we experienced an electricity trip that resulted in no power supply to the boiler at our property. Thankfully, Shelly responded promptly, as she always does, and arrived exactly on time. We were very pleased to witness her professional attitude and high level of competency throughout the process. She quickly diagnosed the issue and carried out the necessary work efficiently. Shelly did a fantastic job, and we truly appreciate her support and expertise.

From start to finish he was professional throughout, explained everything and left everywhere tidy. The price was very good. Thank you for doing a great job.

Shelly and Kasper are a great team and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an electrician. They have done a number of jobs for; fitting a new EV charger, fixing an issue we had with the electricity randomly going off, faulty sockets, solar power issue etc. Their communication before and during the job is excellent, the workmanship is to a high standard and they clean up after themselves. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a reliable, quality electrician

New living room lights look great. Shelly arrived on time on date booked in. Have used Powerhive before, for fitting a new bathroom extractor fan and bedroom wall lights, will definitely use again. Great communication. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Requested an ev charge point to be moved and thought it would be a simple job until the danger of the electrics at the new property were highlighted. To ensure the Charger could still be installed Casper fixed the issues we had to make the property safe, then did a full install the ev charge point. Really thorough with the testing after too 👍

Dry professional friendly and competitive. Replaced Consumer unit and all inspections. Absolutely can recommend them.

Shelly replaced our RCD Consumer unit to RCBO'S at my request. I asked many technical questions before agreeing a date, which Shelly answered promptly, and clearly every time. On the day, Shelly and Kasper did a complete and thorough electrical health inspection to provide an EICR certificate. Shelly and Kasper completed the work within the day, correcting many faults during the inspection as she went along, and splitting a ring main for us at no extra charge to the original quote. They were pleasant, tidy, and completely trustworthy throughout, and we would have no hesitation in recommending Shelly to anyone. Thank you so much.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Shelly and Kacper when they upgraded the old consumer unit in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They explained everything clearly and worked with great attention to detail. Despite the challenges of working with an older setup, they handled everything with confidence . The final result is clean, safe, and fully up to modern standards — a huge improvement! It's rare to find electricians who combine technical skill with such a respectful and approachable attitude. I highly recommend Shelly and Kacper to anyone in need of electrical work. They truly went above and beyond!

As always, efficient, prompt and work carried out to a high standard.

Shelly and team helped with 2 new extractor fans in my home, installing them quickly and without mess. They also completed some ducting work in the loft to ensure the moisture from the bathrooms was being dealt with properly. They explained exactly how they tackled the problems and ensured I was clear about the work that was done. The price was good and they were prompt and efficient. Highly recommend 🙂

We were having an issue with our electric shower, Shelly and Casper came and discovered that our consumer unit needed replacing, we were very fortunate that she was able to rearrange work and come the next day to install a new consumer unit and fix the shower. Very professional and hard working throughout. Very highly recommended.

Wish we'd found Powerhive Electrical sooner. We had a problem with our EV charger and has been messed about by several other electricians. Great communication from first contact with Shelly, she kept me updated throughout the fault finding process and then fixed the issue leaving us with a working charger. Would highly recommend Powerhive Electrical and will certainly have them back when we need more work carrying out.

Had our Bungalow fully re-wired. The team were punctual and raised a quote to complete. Final check made on site and proceeded to date when the installation will begin. First contact arranged a mutual date and time and confirmed details. Arrived on the day, she explained what would be done , how long it would take. Efficient in producing certification and pricing. Will definitely use again and most definitely would recommend.

Emailed Powehive and they were very responsive! They worked around my busy schedule, and were very accomodating. Quick and very professional, down to cleaning up after themselves!. Would highly recommend!

I hate trying to find tradespeople to do work as you can never be sure what you'll get. Having found the details on Tesla's own site they came by, provided a good quote for the work of an EV charger install and moving a socket in the bedroom, then came back a short while later to do the work minimising disruption where power was needing to be turned off to other parts of the house and work areas cleaned up. Overall the work was top notch and I'd not hesitate to recommend them to others or use them again myself when the need arises.

We're very lucky to have found this excellent company. Shelly and her new recruit Kaspar are brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are reliable, their work is second to none and they're a pleasure to have in your home. Would highly recommend Powerhive Electrical.....thanks!

Great experience, professional, friendly and first class installation, highly recommend. Good trades people are hard to find.. I would not hesitate in calling up Powerhive again. Add in competitive pricing.. Shelly was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you

Shelly and her team, have been amazing , I have called and texted them more than a handle full of times this week, and received very supportive direction, and appointments in order to get a project over the line. I can’t thank Shelly enough for her commitment to helping me with this project, her skills, support and work have been on point. 🙏 Shelly completely over 10 jobs for me, 😍🙏☺️ Thank you Shelly

First time I’ve used this company, very impressed with professionalism. Will definitely use again. Thanks

The scope of works comprised installation of a power supply (~35m) to a garden office and subsequent installation of sockets, lighting (internal and external) and 2 ethernet cables. Everything from initial quotation to installation and handover was discussed, planned and agreed prior to implementation. Shelly arrived to quote for the works when she said she would, she provided a fully detailed quotation when she said she would and subsequently started and completed the works when she said she would. I was never let down and if she thought she would be late then she always contacted me to let me know. The work was completed to a high standard and it is also refreshing to know that she has employed an apprentice (Kasper). Both Shelly and Kasper are polite, courteous and always kept us well informed of what was going on. I would have no hesitation in using her in the future and of recommending her to others.

Their services are out of my expectations. They are friendly and professional and sort out the problems quickly. As a new comer to Crewe, I am glad that I know them and I think may be I will have their helps again in the future.
