Contacted Browns Electrical as we had a problem with the electrics tripping. Michael answered our call straight away and arranged a time to call to investigate the problem. After completing checks the faults were traced and sorted. Michaels attention to detail is second to none and we would not hesitate to recommend him for any electrical work.

Michael came out to my home to investigate and diagnose a fault with our wiring that was causing our electrics to trip. From the very first contact, his communication was clear and professional. He arrived on time, was friendly, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He completed the job efficiently without compromising on quality or attention to detail. I would highly recommend Michael to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable electrician.

This Electrician is different to the others!! I've used many in the past and this is the best service I've received in years. They came to fault find a problem which other electricians couldn't find and they found the problem for me and fixed it with minimal fuss and disruption to me and my family at a time that suited us. Extremely professional friendly and knowledgeable and got us back up and running with quality workmanship.

Mike is always on time, very professional. I've recommended Mike to a friend and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone reading this..

We were recommended to Mike for works we needed to have done. We also highly recommend Mike and his team.. Very trustworthy and incredibly knowledgeable.. From survey to the completion of works, I learnt things I didn’t understand about what’s needed to having a EV charger installed, from the application to have charger installed and what was needed from our energy provider and National Grid. They are very tidy and the attention to detail is amazing. So happy to have a electrician we can call on and someone we trust.. Thank you..

Michael arrived promptly, very professional, friendly, all work carried out exactly as planned. Very happy and highly recommended.

He was fast, polite, and professional throughout. The finished result looks great and I'm really happy with it. He didn't hesitate at the job despite it being a bit out of the ordinary, and got it done efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Fair price too.

I would highly recommend Brown's Electrical. Mike was recommended to us by a family member and he did a fantastic job fitting a new electric box in our home, and sorting the electrics to our shower - all for a great price. The work was carried out to a high standard, with a full explanation behind it. We were so pleased with his work, we asked him to come back to do some more work in our home, including fitting a new (more powerful) shower, a new garage light and a new PIR light outside our home (again for a great price). Mike was extremely professional and friendly on both occasions and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing electrical work. Thank you Mike!

Mike has just finished a full rewire on my property. What a fab electrician. Mike went above and beyond what i expected of him. He would give explanations to what he had done, about to do and what was next. If you need a electrician in your life, Mikes the man. Thanks Mike

I recently brought my first house and it’s been a bit of a project; however I didn’t realise how poor (and dangerous!) the existing wiring was. Naturally, I looked around for an electrician to assess the full extent of the work needed and someone who was reliable. After going through the reviews of a number of electricians I finally came across Mike. He responded fast to any communications sent and was really friendly. He came and thoroughly assessed the wiring/electrics. I was initially concerned about the costs due to having a strict budget but the quote he provided was extremely fair for the significant work required and took the time to explain things to me. Whilst I went to work, I left a key with Mike who quietly went about his work and helpfully provided updates when needed. He works fast but his work is incredibly thorough and exceeds expectations. I don’t normally write reviews but I would really recommend Mike to anyone who needs an electrician. If I have any further work, this is the guy I will go to every time.

Mike was absolutely fantastic! He was polite, friendly, and provided outstanding customer service. He got the job done quickly and efficiently, exactly as I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend his services to anyone.
