He responds immediately on the telephone and when he says he will call/text back, he does. He arrives on time. He’s friendly, hard-working, completes work in agreed timeframes and the payment structure is very clear. No being harassed for money or lack of clarity around what needs to be paid and when. Pricing is reasonable and pricing structure is clear. He completed a very big job recently and threw in a couple of small items for free, when he could have charged extra. Luca replied quickly to our enquiry for additional sockets in the lounge. He came to assess the work needed and gave a quote which we were happy with. We agreed a day for the job and he arrived at the time he said he would. The work was done to a high standard and he cleaned up after finishing the work. Luca is a rare find when it comes to trade who provide that which you need to a very high standard, whilst allowing for those extras that you sometimes decide upon whilst the job is ongoing. Very flexible and is advice was sought and very happy with that provided and the outcome. Have requested that he come back and fit some CCTV at a later date. He also provided a good report for insurance purposes soon after completion. Five stars all round.

I needed an electrician fairly quickly for a bathroom re-fit where I needed downlights, extractor fan, heated towel rail and bathroom cabinet installing, a friend recommended Luca and I was pleasantly surprised at his professionalism. Called Luca based on his Google reviews and after this quick call booked in an appointment - Luca popped round later that evening to have a look at the scope of the job and even agreed to do the job on a Saturday morning for me due to my schedule being full. On the day he arrived bang on time and had the job completed very fast and to the quality standard I wanted (I'm a bit picky lol).
