Jamie and his team were great. We got a new Tylo sauna unit about a year ago and whilst the controls worked ok the electrics/control unit were not 100% - then failing completely a few weeks ago. I was struggling to find someone to help until Jamie and AGB were recommended to us. From start to finish he was great - responding promptly to an initial email, suggesting a number of possible causes, giving a reasonable call out quote and agreeing a visit date. He arrived when scheduled and within an hour or so had sorted all the issues had the unit working perfectly again. He is clearly an expert in his area and great to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Jamie and his team did a great job installing our pool. They were professional, efficient and highly knowledgeable. His team were polite, friendly and hard working. The pool is lovely and warm and we have found it efficient to run.
