Edwards EFS was highly recommended by a friend as they did some work for them on their house and were very happy. I contacted Rian and requested if he could quote a new alarm install and CCTV. He was very professional and polite and took the time to run through all different alarms , CCTV and applications , making it easy for me to understand and choose what was needed. The process of booking the installation and finishing the work to a very high standard was amazing. There was no need for me to call a decorator after they finished as they were careful and their work was tidy. The install was completed in a day with all paperwork and documentation handed to me at the end. Rian sat and explained to me how to operate the alarm and also how to view recorded footage of CCTV. He also rectified an electrical fault on one of the sockets that i had not even known was there, the socket had been working for so many years and the cables were wired incorrectly . I will be calling Edwards EFS again , it was a pleasure and they were professional from start to end. I would highly recommend them .

Edwards EFS provided an excellent service when updating/replacing my old intruder alarm (which won't work with a landline any longer) with a new system. Rian is very knowledgable, friendly and reliable. he took the time to clearly run through everything I needed to know. When I had to contact the company, Greta was always polite and helpful, and quick to respond to my queries, providing good after-care support.

We required installation of spotlights in our property and although it was not the biggest project Edwards EFS had on their books, Greta and Rian were an absolute pleasure to work with.
