MJR Group SW Ltd T/A MJR Group SW is mostly described as doing a good job, with reviewers reporting tidy work that left no mess and a pleasant, helpful manner from staff. Several reviewers say the work was completed on the agreed day or done quickly. One reviewer was left waiting for a quote that never arrived and said they would not use the company again. Another reviewer said it took a long time to get a quote, though they were pleased with the work once it was done.
They have done electrical work in my home twice and were very good both times. They earthed a gas connection, replaced light switches, sockets and ran a new cable for an additional socket. I have not had any problems with any work they did. They were extremely neat and tidy, zero mess. Staff were pleasant too.
I would give no stars if it was possible, i had a guy come out to quote for some work i need doing. After 2 weeks of waiting for our quotation i rang the office to see if it had been done or if it was on its way i was told the guy would be doing it the next day, so here we are 12th Jan 26 and still no quote. I thought i would use this company as they have done good work for us before but unfortunately i will not ever use them again as for their poor service(can't be bothered attitude)😡
From quote to completion Matt and the team did a great job. Professional, clean and reliable. All work was completed on the day we agreed and to the specification agreed or better.
The boys are the best around no need to look elsewhere.
I had great difficulty finding a company in Cornwall that would even offer the installation of an electric combi-boiler. Then I found MJR Group SW It took me a long time to get the quote, which I feel represents how busy they are - and I'm not surprised! They offered me a very reasonable and fair price (one other quote I got was ten times more!!). They gave me the date I wanted for the work to be done. The workmen arrived promptly and efficiently and did the whole job in less than a day and left no mess. I have delayed writing this review because I wanted to give the system a good couple of months test before I wrote anything. I am pleased to report the system works wonderfully and is super efficient. An excellent job from an excellent company. Highly recommended

Very quick to come out to look at the work required, reasonably priced. No hidden extras. Punctual and did a nice tidy job, nothing for me to have to clear up. All the staff I dealt with were friendly to deal with and very helpful.
